If you want a portrait of a gentleman who is brave, manly, brilliant, well spoken, proud and refined but still appreciative and without pompous vanity, look no further than Christopher Lee. Born a century ago, there won't be another like him for another century at least.

Nah, selling stuff was Vincent Price's strong point. I think Lee, at least partially, actually believed most of the weird stuff he said. I guess the word, "eccentric" is best used in his case.
Fantastic actor very underrated in my opinion. When you think of the many and varied roles he had, from his brilliant portrayal of Dracula for hammer to star wars, lord of the rings the man withers golden gun, such a versatile actor
Thanks to everyone for dropping by, I don't know why TH-cam decided to recommend this one to a few thousand people. Sorry to those annoyed, was just trying to make a joke about how Christopher Lee can make anything sound interesting and full of gravity. Go check out "The Many Faces of Christopher Lee" if you want to see the original, or really just any interview he's ever done, I could listen to him all day.
Thank You Tube for the recommendation !!! Christopher Lee (the actual James Bond) is just awesome ! subbed liked and looking forward for more novel videos ! edit: corrections, lol
I have watched the source video and this is a false edit, watch Mr. Lee's mouth. He doesn't believe that. He did not profess that. It is video trickery! The video source is The Many Faces of Christopher Lee.
I wish Christopher Lee played sherlock Holmes I know he was in the hound of the baskaviles with Peter cushing in the title role which was played very well indeed. However I can't help but feel Christopher would have been the best sherlock much like in my opinion Jeremy Brett is as things stand the closest we have had to what conan doyal had in vision for sherlock. Intense, intelegent, and a little menacing cold but not without heart humor or humanity even misunderstood all this and more Lee would have aced but alas not to be. Rip Christopher Lee unquestionably one of the greats thank you sir for all that you gave us ❤
Christopher Lee next demonstrates how to manufacture the same lethal, world destroying virus that his vampire character used in the Hammer film The Satanic Rites Of Dracula (in only ten simple instructions!)
The last remaining piece of "THE TRUE CROSS" that was clearly edited. Why edit it??? Don't like that. He clearly wouldn't be owning a piece of the cross.
This dude could say litterally anything and it would sound super dignified. Imagine this said in his voice (Last night I farted on my wife as, she slept)
The provider of this video is just a goofball, changing all the real dialogue of a really interesting person. Kind of funny if this was current and people knew it was a joke. Not so funny when people have no clue and it misleads them.
Piece of the true cross? Bunk. If you combined all the bits of the true cross in the world you'd have enough to crucify every gullible person who owns one and thinks it's a holy artefact. Amazing that such an intelligent man could have been so myopic in some ways.

He was an ACTOR cmon
Christopher Lee was a great actor, gentleman and a WWII War Hero. We should all respect his legacy
“This is a 17th century rapier...”
*Chucks the sheathe*
The sheathe basically does nothing lethal, and he is badass, so it's OK if he just let that go...
I chuckled at that. He's so cool
I caught that!
Little down to earth moments like that show he was just like the rest of us 😅
It would’ve been so interesting if it weren’t for the overdubs
Or the terrible editing
Ikr why would you dub something like this
what do you mean dubbed? its nothim talking?
@@frostedlambs Listen to the piece that says "the True Cross". You can hear the voice change and the words don't match up with his mouth movements.
IKR. If y'all ever find how to get this interview in its original state, lmk.
I wish chistopher lee would've played alfred, he would've nailed it.
not a big enough role for him. Sir Lee should answer to no one
@@cyanimation1605 true, hes too badass
He would've been awesome as Doctor Doom or Magento.
@@MovieEnforcer very true
Works for me. Well it would've done
Christopher Lee doing show and tell, is by far the biggest treat one could hope for!
Lee would have made a fortune as a used car salesman.

Christopher Lee was like the history teacher you always wanted ❤ 💙 ♥
all those things will make a fine addittion to my collection
😂😂😂 I love how when he removed the sheath off his rapier he threw it to the side with a thud 😂😂😂
I wish this man was my great uncle. I'd always want to visit and listen to his stories
Same here
A true, refined gentleman. I could listen to ham for hours.
This man’s house is like a legendary loot chest in Skyrim.
Fantastic
How i show my new friends stuff in my room whenever they visit
I realy would want to know what he says in the "censored" lines.
Why is it censored? Are this states secrets? Dont think so
@@edwardpage8913 why not? There are still things that happened during WW2 that states keep secret.
@@HafdirTasare really? I mean all who did it were desd but thank you for the information
Or what the piece of wood was
Bella Lugosi
I've been looking forward to this
What a man
From this interview it makes Christopher Lee look like some kind of aging vampire hunter instead of being Dracula himself
He was a nazi hunter in Workd War 2.
'Playing' the dark side ... I hope by now most people can finally see how real it all is ...
Am I the only one who’s terrified but also just in awe by the fact he created a sophisticated gun and more lethal
He was spy and a war veteran
I thought it could be a reference to the Golden Gun, but everything is possible when it comes to him.
Christopher Lee would have been an excellent kindergarten teacher with show and tell
Cool Grandpa shows you his things.
Fantastic actor very underrated in my opinion. When you think of the many and varied roles he had, from his brilliant portrayal of Dracula for hammer to star wars, lord of the rings the man withers golden gun, such a versatile actor
I would have loved to spend an afternoon with him listening to his stories and drinking tea 🍵
This is my favourite episode of MTV cribs

Christopher Lee: no offense to the colt, but mine was just built different
2:58 wtf?
I have watched the source video and this is a false edit, watch Mr. Lee's mouth. He doesn't believe that. He did not profess that. It is video trickery! The video source is The Many Faces of Christopher Lee.
He really said ‘the Wicker Man’
😅
He's a blast on show-and-tell day
2:18 my dumbass thinking about Count Dooku and Star Wars
I wish I had Christopher Lee as a relative
He would have taught at school I would have taken all his classes and been mesmerized
Sir Christopher Lee was a True Gentleman the best Actor to play Count DRACULA 🧛♂️🦇⚰️

#TieDef I RESPECT HIM SO MUCH. EVERYTHING ABOUT CHRIS LEE WAS LEGENDARY.
When I get old I gotta get me one of those chairs lol
i want a whole show about famous celebrities showing their collections of stuff
Who has the full footage of this episode? Upload it!
Yes fucking please
In his hand he holds the original bible
Up to this point, I am mostly sure that this gentleman had a fucking palantir among his regular possessions... Like, a normal thing for him.
Christopher Lee, ghost stories are wonderful, Those Christmas stories....
If this is 1996, then he aged a lot in 3 years it seems, until the filming of the fellowship of the ring started.
i admire you still my favorite christopher lee. always i respected you and i will as i am akuve in this life...
Christopher Lee next demonstrates how to manufacture the same lethal, world destroying virus that his vampire character used in the Hammer film The Satanic Rites Of Dracula (in only ten simple instructions!)
What a legend
Cool video, looks like a good movie, may watch it later. Have a good one, man.
how the fuck is Christopher Lee so goddamn cool.
How come everyone is skating past the fact he made a bloody gun
Twice to pride double the fall
That video makes me want to read "Needful Things" one more time.
The words were dubbed when spoke about the piece of wood! Wonder what it really was?
I now u meant this for laughs but it would have actually been FAR better to not dub over it at all..
What is with the messed up audio?
2:59 cross?
This is clearly from some kind of interview or such. What is the original video called? Or is it available somewhere to watch
Why did it sound weird when he said "true cross"
A shame we don’t get to watch any docuseries narrated by sir Christopher lee
Soooo WTF just happened there? Ummm . im scared
What do you mean?
POV: You’re at a garage sale and the seller is desperate to get the junk out of his house
The overdubs were funny 😆
so his not gonna talk about The Grim Reapers scythe i wanna know how he got that!
I love the fucking mustache part 😂😂😂
0:39 Stahlhelm
2:59 is a bizarre overdub
That message Belushi 'left', sounded like Black speech or the Dark tongue of Mordor as spoken by Lee himself.
I didn’t like the unnecessary Audio edits.
The classy version of Danzig's book collection.
I want to see him teaching padawan how to fight, he just has an amazing voice
The last remaining piece of "THE TRUE CROSS" that was clearly edited. Why edit it??? Don't like that. He clearly wouldn't be owning a piece of the cross.
just your average fan of killing... nice guy, give him an oscar
Great, now I have to go find this clip without the witty LotR dubbing in order to find out what he was saying
Editing in the voiceovers was a poor choice.
False edit on 'the true cross' piece. Lee does not say that.
That was Bela Lugosi, who played the very Dracula.
This dude could say litterally anything and it would sound super dignified. Imagine this said in his voice
(Last night I farted on my wife as, she slept)
Deute. 18:10-14,
the bottle 🍾
You ruined the vídeo with the overdubs
I couldn't figure out why he looks wrong. I'm used to seeing him with a beard.
The provider of this video is just a goofball, changing all the real dialogue of a really interesting person. Kind of funny if this was current and people knew it was a joke. Not so funny when people have no clue and it misleads them.
A very handsome young woman.... I like this guy lol
Ele parece o RAVEL
3:12 😆
Super awkward edits!

Id love to see the original video after hearing him say this!
whats with the creepy edits??
Terrible editing, also, people would be tuning in for the facts so why would you overdub them with nonsense. Think before you post folks.
Count dooku
This is ruined by the shitty overvoicing. Leave things alone ffs.
This is crap, it's edited to say stuff he didn't say making him seem crazy. How dare you?
I here the audio inputs. Don’t try to shame a man of Christ..won’t end up good for u.
Honestly, watching the whole video from start to finish, it made me laugh with all the stupid voice editing 😅
remove the dubbed shit we want to listen what he says in reality xD
What a boring collection of knick-knacks.
They were interesting 😊

That’s not what he says, the audio is pasted on
This is ASMR on a completely another level.
This is fantastic.
