He talks to his clients, he gets to know them, he loves them, he doesn’t have some assistant holding his foils in place while he barely swipes on some product, he doesn’t have someone else shampooing his clients because it’s beneath him. My only complaint is the cheesy testimonial footage at the end, but it's easy for me to skip past that & just watch the instructions in the beginning. (Reminds me of the lame sob story formula they use on those talent shows w celeb judges.)

Guy... As I’m looking for help on YT with doing my own hair😬😳 ( root touch up... then highlights) during this pandemic .. I found your channel and although I do not know any of the terminology you use... I was so very impressed with your sweet client opening her heart up to you feeling that you wouldn’t judge her and you also sharing your experiences with her. . I mean... where does a southern girl from the Gulf Coast find such a great salon master such as yourself that really cares about his clients? Anyways, I just think you have a supercalifragilistic personality and have a great ability to know how to use your amazing product lines to get the best look for your clients. Seems like you’d have to be a chemist to have the knowledge of that type of customized beautiful hair color. Which is why I am about to throw away the five L’Oréal colors and highlight kits I have bought hoping I could maintain until after the pandemic . I know I’ll lose all my hair!! Any tips for us ladies suffering with root grow-out ( with grey included ) and highlights that’s turning brassy? I know there must be 20- ladies looking for help in this area.. Any tips during this pandemic would help us. I’d be willing to pay for phone consult. There’s an idea Guy!!!
