Trowel on Texture Coating

Can you apply trowel tex to a painted wall, or prime wall or plane concrete wall ?My wall is primed , will the trowel tex hold?

I live near the highway, so I get soot. What kind of finish would be best, that is easy to power wash and avoid some soot clinging in the 1st place?

You need paint, no texture. If you got the money go for a flouropolymer top coat. Tough finish and will last for ages.

Did u had to wait a few minutes before using red float and I was told I only need a trowel and a plastic float

Can ArmorWall be used on fiberous cement sheet that is installed nearly horizontal (3 deg fall)? The fiberous cement is being used as a sun shade and will receive high sun exposure and rain.

im a plasterer in england and never used this material before but i know i coukd do a better job than thus guy just looking at he holds his trowel
