Man, this video reminded my why i deleted this game a month ago jesus. So many toxic people typing more than playing and F6 after one death or for no reason even if we're winning, matchmaking putting levels below 30 with people above 100 and ofcourse I end up with low levels most of the time, it's not even like these low level people are to blame cause they too have to put up with terrible matchmaking that these developers just do not fix or make it a little better. Been playing this game since season 2 and this is probably the most unfun experience...or season and it only gets worse every year. But hey, still enjoying this guy's videos, keep up the amazing work man and bring masey more, you two are the best
TheOtherFrost has a pretty good video about matchmaking regarding playerbase. We would need waaaay more players to have balanced matchmaking, sometimes it is just bad luck and there are no other players near your mmr to play with. To be honest meta wise i think its one of the most fun seasons with all the new gods and map changes, but yea doesn't really matter if every game there is atleast one DC and/or player lvls are no way near each other. played a match against a dude who had like 4hrs played (solo queing) while i have around 2000h lol

Smite has many gamemodes. if u hate snowball play Arena. totally different meta in Conquest, Arena or 1v1. even tho yea Hirez is kinda a joke for letting Arena players down. also we need actual events, clan wars, they should add old fun gamemodes back into match of the rotation on weekends, the leaderboard for Arena, more international, console and arena players at SPL, meaning toa achievement points... and yes dont get me started on joke community moderators on Smite reddit and even in spl chat

This is how it’s been for me too. I only ever play with randoms and I’m not the best and I keep getting put against good players and being teammates with toxic players that only believe everyone else is doing wrong. I had a 1-8-0 jungle Mercury telling me what was wrong with my build and how stupid I was when I was 4-4-2. The whole team only had 9 kills.
I was a 12-2 chaac that was top everything and my hades was 1-8 trying to tell me how to play and to stop going in by myself… when I was clearly capable of taking on 2-3 people since I was so fed

Aphrodite is one of my mains. Since they completely botched healing, she's the worst God to play. Unlike the other gods that do healing, shes not made to do damage. Her healing is what made her viable.
Aphro main here too (don't kill me evryone *teehee*), but yeah I have noticed she kinda needs a rework. Her passive tbh is doodoo, only viably really in early arena and late game conquest possibly when people group up for the end game team fights or when grouped for an objective and even then you usually only get most, not all of the prots so like 32 which is so meh not to mention it's late game so even with the prots loads of gods can still one shot her a$$. Because she has no escape she is very easily focused and if there are a couple antiheal items she is basically useless, because of that I wish her 1 (kiss) increased the stun duration every increasing level. Atm her kiss only stuns for 1 sec and if you have any CCR it's shiz. She only really shines when she is connected to a good player but if the enemy team is smart they go for the head of the snake lol. But yeah, her damage is meh at most and the nerfs of healing make her not the most viable god which makes me sad haha anywhoo I'm sure I pissed some people off after they read this xD I think her passive should lower the prots by like 1 each (phys & mag) and give her like a movement speed increase of 1% per god in her range. That would make a MAX movement speed of 9% and 27 phys and magical prots IF within range of all gods, enemy and ally.

Today I played with an olorum adc that went 2/12 saying that I didn't gank enough as an assasin... I was top kills daji 12/2 I pretty much balanced him out, won the game thankfully, but had no fun. and I am lv 151, this is the worst I've ever seen the match making ever. I really have spent so much money in this game but I seriously do not want to keep on playing just because the developers seem to be out of their league when it comes to balancing their matchmaking algorithm
Why is the Smite team unable to create a somewhat decent matchmaking system? My friend and I have been playing Smite for 5 years on and off as well as nearly every other MOBA like Hots, Lol etc. and we just get farmed in Smite - especially Joust (which is what we mainly play). Playing against Try hards 8/10 games. Either Smurfs or players who have more stars than I ranks on some gods.
