The Wish Bus has some postproduction, but BINI, just like every Filipino artist, always sing live. There are fancams of them from outside the bus, which shows that they're actually singing live and its not much different from what they upload aside from the volumes of each member. And yes they're very comfortable singing because they always sing live in their performances. They are a very confident group and they've even done a lot of live singing that is very raw, some even without in-ear monitoring, and they were still harmonizing in which you would hear slight imperfections. if listening to WISH Bus, most of their Video are made for you to wear both Left and Right Earphone or Etc. because you will hear their voices depends on which side they are on the BUS. That is why you some voices you hear low, because you are only using 1 ear to listen, example if the singer is on left side you will hear them on left ear side, while on right you can hear them on right, that is why you wont hear them all clearly if you are just using 1 side of the earphone.

I get your opinion about the wish bus performance, the production/mics definitely have obvious pitch corrections but their early wish bus performances were more raw. Wish Bus was known to feature raw live vocals idk what happened this year that they decided on doing these productions... But I would definitely recommend their Strings, Karera, Golden Arrow, and Huwag Muna Tayo Umuwi Wish Bus Performances where their vocals were more raw, especially in Karera but I highly recommend to check out Golden Arrow as well, the vocals were insane in that lol.
To think that Kpop stans are questioning their win on MTV EMA, be reminded that most votes of their Kpop biases are from Philippines now combine that vote into one group.
