Some friendly advice to try. I was also struggling with acne eve before pregnancy but more so towards the end of my pregnancy and postpartum. At around 3 months post partum my baby showed signs of lactose allergy which meant I had to go dairy free. I have been dairy free for 7 months now and my skin has never looked better. Just something you might want to consider.

Michelle!! 12+ years working in beauty industry - most likely possible reason that you are breaking out is that rose oil you mentioned in one of the previous videos, it has seed oils, which are toxic and cause breakouts on sensitive skin. When I eliminated oils and powders and using brushes I stopped breaking out. Try it please. It's definitely not the dates, food only causes breakouts if you apply it on your skin, much love ❤
I thought mineral powders are better for your skin than liquid products? Such as Alima pure, which doesn’t contain any comedogenic ingredients? Would love your input!

We aren’t allowed to do that because if anything happens to your baby after we put together your car seat and/or put your baby in it, we are liable and the hospital is liable. So thank you on behalf of your nurse.😁
As someone whose feet and ankles swelled a lot at the end of my pregnancy, I put my feet up as much as I could to help with it. Don’t feel bad about putting your feet up at this stage in pregnancy
The soup looked good but definitely not a ramen i agree. The recipe i use is so good and easy but the chef is belgian and it’s in french but it’s a video so you might get most of it ;-)
