@@theself5738 It's too long to fit in the bag, but I've never been asked to put it in the sizer, as it's skinny and a musical instrument; airlines give a lot of flexibility for instruments.

For accoustic small guitars try an ibenez piccolo guitar...my husband gave me one for my 55th bday and it changed my world I love it the sound is heavenly
I don’t know why people are whining about the price. It’s a quality instrument with the amp built in. It costs more to make things smaller; that’s why an iPhone costs far more than an iPad. Honestly, how much did you expect this thing to cost, and do you really think you could get this level of quality for half the price or less?

What if you add thicker strings when going for E tuning? That should keep the tension and allow you to use default tuning.
