It's bad for first item, Because the item doesn't have crit rate so it's not good for starting item. It's good against pure tank enemy, if you're against heavy healing champ then don't buy it, buy mortal instead.

@@yrslma you can buy bramble for antiheal and still go for terminus i do that sometimes but i rarely play full dmg yasuo.
