Garam masala-1 tsp
Kasuri methi-1 tsp
Kashmiri mirch-1 tsp

I do love most of your Veg dish cooking.
This time I noticed you have added some spices alongside with bay leaf but in the description box I realized no mention of these spices or even ginger garlic paste .
