I can tell you about the one in the background. Originally named the La Sow. and started life a little shorter and more squaresk camper. Titled 35 Pontiac. was a Ford Blue and white before the car stretch. Next owner like the yellow and black theme on his cars.

I noticed that one guy looked like he was gonna have a hard time getting out the door of his camper cuz his belly was too big so rather than embarrass himself he turned around.... LOL ,,I have a 1970 10' serro scotty with a 29" wide door,,Ive gained so much weight during this virus shut down,,,,I'm beginning to have the same problem LOL
I sorta caught him at a bad time..

@@ronaldharris6569 no , actually a fifth wheel that was manufactured to fit the height of a Beatle ,the hitch was a strap looking thing that got the top of the bug ,now mind ya the trailer was kinda small ,had a hell of a turning radis ✌

My dad took a 61 Chevy & cut the body off from the windshield back & built a motor home with a bed over the hood. It sounds funny but looked commercially done we traveled every summer all over the country. We lived in it for a year when times got a little tough (all 6 of us). I wish I had it today

The square plate I believe is a plate that goes under the rail to protect the railroad tie, the spike would go through the square hole. The lock is cerca 1936 the valve is to bleed water out of the air line.

What rear end hearing is used in most of the veh. O would think the bigger campers are appt weigh than new campers ??

Why no swamp cooler cans in the car windows? I know the company recently stopped making them but there were millions on the road at that time. I really like seeing the trailers which were so common on the road during summers in the 60s. Too bad the views are eclipsed by all the fat people. We can do better. Stop sugar today and be like the people who drove those rigs at the time.

ГаЗ 12. вварил Мерседес 126. вытянул лонжероны с балкой. на 210 мм. удлинил задок на пол метра. усадил крышу на 150 мм. и взял разрезал вдоль и расширил весь кузов на 200 мм. как раз по заднему мосту с Шеви Астро.установил пневмоподушки с грузовика. и силовой агрегат был Детройт дизель 6.2 с автоматом. а теперь Интернационал 7.3 с автоматом. и вварил возле заднего окна прицепное . гусиная шея. дам запрос для строительства треллера. дом на колесах. если интересно на сайте ОДНОКЛАССНИКИ. ко мне в гости. АДАРИЧЕВ ВИТАЛИЙ и в видео есть видео. как я начал выезжать по улицам
Back in 1962, I witnessed a 1954 Ford with a flat-head V-8 that towed a 32 foot trailer from PA to FL...before the interstates were in place! The hitch was homemade...it extended under the entire car and mounted to the front bumper as well as the rear bumper...The old guy had placed some kind of overload springs on that old Ford...It was amazing...His last name was Dunkelberger(?) from Pennsylvania. If I hadn't seen it, I probably wouldn't have believed it.
In those days people were more ingenious and Govt. regs were more lax, and with less money to spend ... he did what he had to do to get to Florida. Thanks for commenting

Of course the main reason I clicked on this is because of the car/ trailer shown on the main video. I click and notice that you kept showing the same 5-7 vehicles, but nothing on the yellow and black car and trailer??????? And as cool as all of these are, I'm saying CLICKBAIT!
I needed a thumbnail and all the scenes in the video did not have curb appeal.. I needed a thumbnail that stood out. Sorry you didn't like it.
