fu xuan gives 12% crit so he had like 67% crit rate which is pretty damn good for the build he had. so happy we got him for free.
And he also gets 15% for his trace for the debufs the enemy has

+ 12 from fu xuan
+ 15 from the trace
+ 10 more if he’s using wastelander.

Mine has 80/200 crit ratio at level 1. Got pretty lucky on farming might try him on the next MoC rotation after i build him

Hoyoverse hit the jackpot. Giving Dr Ratio for free was a smart move. Not only everyone is happy . But many will pull for his weapon or Eidolons . When originally this banner was a full skip . Which would had originally mean very low sales . Sales now will be average to good .
Hes not bad. I just wish they gave everyone a choice of what they wanted.
Would silence any complaints if we could choose between ratio/ruan/bs or sparkle.

@@Kspice9000that’s asking for too much bro. The fact that a limited character is given out for free during his banner is insane. The crazy part is that they didn’t even have to do it. I feel that selector should only be on special occasions and anniversary is around the corner so you don’t have to wait too long on that!
Not to mention new players who joined just for him - I NEVER planned to play HSR but when I heard they were giving a free decent 5 star who looked cool in light of all the genshin bs - they got me 😂
Funny how one f2p unit made Genshin players eat their shit they threw at the game, literally hsr has single handedly improved my mood about how they treat f2ps as actual people

i managed to hit 3 follow up atks doing 150k each, i had ruan mei buff + tingyun buff + pela ult, also ratio was on quantum set. seeing ratio hit like 3 folllowups doing back to back 100+k dmg is crazy

what cone did you use? i didnt test mine with many different team comps cause i was trying to finally 3-star moc 11. so I only had ruan mei to buff damage and he was dealing only 50k per FUA it felt kinda weak to me

I forgot about the free 10 CR if you have 4 piece imaginary set, so yeah ratio seems cracked :3

@@Xenoray1Well he keeps the Crit increase from the debuffs sp you realistically only need 3 debuffs and you get 15 crit rate if you atk the enemy twice. So he still gets 75+ crit rate if Fu xuan is on the party.
I was BAFFLED at first when I saw 3.5k ATK AND 134 SPD when was talking about having BAD RELICS!
But then I realized it was probably ATK orb and then I was like... fair point
Follow up attacks is really helpful since that's counted as free turn.

I'm gonna be honest, the stats are pretty solid. It's a good amount of crit damage, and the crit rate is higher than what it appears due to his passive buffs, and presumably the imaginary 4pc set giving an extra 10% crit rate on debuffed enemies. You're looking at like ~70% crit rate with your 173.1% crit damage which is pretty strong. PLUS, you have Fu Xuan giving more passive crit rate buffs (around an extra 11-12%) so you have like 82% crit rate if you have 3 debuffs, matrix on.
So good that Tectone was able to clear even when he completely played the Turbulence buff incorrectly

already build him, i would say if seele got her buff after kill enemies i would be higher, but one thing that ratio will get is consistencies between skill damage-ult-follow up is so consistence that whole fight seems balance, mine is higher thos but at 70 crt rate and 209 crt dmg 3k att 134 speed.

Still builing my ratio but excited for when he is there, I can do a full Imaginary team with welt yukong and him, but ill also probably do one with Ruan Mei, Quin, and Luocha as my go to. I am excited to have 3 go to DPS teams
1. My DHIL Team
2. My Kafka Team
3. My Dr. Ratio Team
And there isnt that much overlap between them besides like Luocha but my Kafka team uses HuoHuo
Pulling for Topaz now feels very worth it when combine with Dr Ratio, was able to hit 5 follow up attack in a row being using Topaz & Dr Ratio Ultimate -> Dr Ratio Skill, Numby Speed follow up -> Dr Ratio Follow Up -> Topaz Skill, Dr Ratio Follow up
Each Follow up dmg being around 40000 to 80000 dmg with good crit set but combine that with constant 5 attack, the enemy is dead very fast

I cleared floor 12 in 3 cycles with dr ratio, pela, bilu, and tingyun
I’ve been using him with silver wolf + s2 welt and cleared pretty well for having low level artifacts. He always hits his fua with this many debuffs
