    Just to play devils advocate: The 2.4 GHz spectrum is not just about how crowded it is. It’s also digital versus analog. There are definitely pros and cons to each and I feel like people don’t talk about those.

      The thing people get confused is "digital". Digital does not mean what frequency it is on. There are digital systems that are in the 500MHz spectrum.

      I don't usually agree on anything with Paris here, but he's right. All 2.4Ghz is is a higher band in the UHF scheme of things, as wireless mics and such operate on 400-500mhz or 900 mhz.....there's nothing 'digital' about it. If 2.4Ghz products were digital XVIVE transmitters wouldnt be $199
