Out of interest why Santi I thought you use Fourth Element, only because I have been deciding between the 2 and just ordered an Argonaut stealth. Excellent informative content from 2 highly skilled diver...many thanks
Fourth Element do make a good drysuit, Vas has extensively tested his argonaut and in time he will do a comparison on what he liked and could have been improved. He also owns a waterproof and SF Tech Kevlar drysuit so once he fully tests his Santi out, we will report more. Main reason for me is many of the top level instructors around the world I know and dive with, mostly use and recommend Santi. I in the past have used the first edition argonaut suit and the seams leaked, this problem is fixed with the latest version, but for the majority of the time I was using wetsuits, so kind of stopped using drysuits. However I am moving back into drysuits almost full time now and an opportunity came up with Santi for us, so we are excited to be fully testing out all there products very soon.
@@sidemountscubadiving Many thanks for that info. I was also told that the breathable version of the F/E had leaking issues, hopefully my new and expensive! Argonaut stealth 2 will be okay. I very much look forward to see your comparison conclusions, that will be extremely interesting to myself and many other divers out there. Your in-depth treatment of the Santi sizing was so skillful and totally comprehensive, really superb job.
