Encounters with Jesus: Part 1

Mark 1: 40-45
God sent Jesus to Earth on a mission.
God devised a plan.
Jesus came to teach us and die for our sins.
The Holy Spirit lives inside every believer.
God wants a close relationship with each of us.
Mark tells the story of a leper man with no name…
But he was not a nobody to Jesus. Jesus stops to talk to, to touch, and to heal this man.
The man had FAITH that Jesus could heal him if He was willing and He was.
No one is insignificant to Jesus.
Each of us is important to Him.
He wants to walk and talk with us daily…just like He did with Adam and Eve in the Garden.
In this story, the man asked Jesus to heal him and He did.
God always answers our prayers but the answer is not always YES.
If He says NO, it’s still okay…He’s still with us…
HIS COMPASSION AND PRESENCE IS ALWAYS EVIDENT!
