Also just a brief mini-tip is that you probably don't want to go overboard on the teeth whitening strips because studies (I can cite them if needed) have shown that completely white teeth are less attractive than slightly off-white teeth. Obviously them being completely white is still better than yellow but if you can, don't go too far.

to people thinking to use baking soda *IT IS NOT ADVISED TO USE BAKING SODA FROM THE BOX.*
Use baking soda toothpaste or toothpaste or strips with peroxide.
The American Dental Association advises against plain baking soda, because not only does it not work some times, it does not help your teeth because, well, it isn't made for it.
And I know you only said once in a while, but I still think just buying toothpaste with peroxide or baking soda is better.
