    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    i was wondering if you could suggest an exercise for me to strengthen my shoulders. I have always had very loose shoulder sockets since i was a kid to the point where I can't throw a baseball overhand or my shoulder will pop out.

      There are many components to reducing fat loss naturally . One resource I found which succeeds in merging these is the Bell train blueprint (google it if you're interested) definately the no.1 guide i've seen. look at the extraordinary info .

    Awesome workout. My bell is only 15 lbs and it KILLS me. I really progressed through it pretty fast though, here's some tips for people who have as much trouble as I did.
    Do the full 30 mins no matter WHAT. If you're getting tired (and you will), start by giving yourself a short rest between exercises (no more than 1 min or longer if you are really out of shape.) Then, progress to taking that break after each set of 4 exercises. I used this system and it worked fantastic. And finish the sets!

    Is the weight of the bell not important ?. Noting about the starting weight ?. Mabe I'll start with a 50kg Bell ?.

  • @tomcheung9074
    @tomcheung9074 10 ปีที่แล้ว

    It seems that it incorporates the dumbbell workouts into kettlebell, I think it has similar effect as bench press. The one put the kb on the back is similar to training tricep of dumbbell. I will try to add to my training routine. That is somehow intermediate workout. I try to kb curl with one hand, it is too difficult, if two hands, may be a little bit easier

    So this first exercise was hurting my forearms. Does anyone have any tips to avoid it? I was thinking of getting a couple of long sweatbands, but maybe I'm just holding the kettlebell wrong. Or maybe my kettlebell is too small. I think it's same weight as his, but it doesn't have the same size.

    • @ednelson2501

      your pushing out moves target the chest. The 45 angle hits the chest from a different position.just like doing push ups, but now you have some weight . Every variation hits the muscles in a different way.
