I live 5mins away from this Mall. Anyways, the biggest Mall in Africa is at Spintex, Accra. It is nearing completion. It is wholly owned by a businessman from Kumasi. Actually, ALL the Ghanaian owned Malls in the country are owned by business men from Kumasi.
