Hi Joseph, I'm looking a guide understanding a companies fundamentals/metrics (PE ratios, SBC impact, EPS). Do you have any such guides on your pateon, or any you would recommend? Cheers.
Sold TSLA in the early weeks of January at 250.08, Bought it back in April at 140.56. It might still go higher further tomorrow, I'm really comfortable with the price I paid, and was not willing to risk having it go higher with me on the sidelines. I also think we have a crash (of some size) coming, but I expect a short hard rise first. Big money wants a chance to sell for a profit. I think that explains the sudden surge in volume today. I guarantee my opinion is worth exactly what you paid for it.
This is Interesting because i bought TSLA around September last year. The company is selling shovels in a gold rush. It accounted for almost 80% of my market return last year, and I'm sure this year will present other interesting stocks.
When it comes to investment, diversification is key. That is why I have my interests set on key sectors based on performance and projected growth. They range from the EV sector, renewable energy, Tech and Health (AMD) alongside coins, and gold. I'm also working on an investment plan with my Fin. Advisor that includes AI looking into Nvidia, MSFT, Alphabet stocks among others. I've been utilising a financial advisor for more than 15 months now, and I've made over $800,000..
I actually subscribed for a few trading courses but it didn't help much, been getting suggestions to use a proper financial advisor, how did you go about touching base with your coach?
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Marisa Michelle Litwinsky’’ for about two years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Thank you for this tip. it was easy to find your coach. and I conducted thorough research on her credentials before scheduling a call with her. Based on her résumé, she appears to possess a high level of proficiency, and I am grateful for the opportunity to speak with her.
But for real Nvidia is dong great things in the AI space. I believe they still have lots and lots of potential. But I've lately been thinking about diversifying my portfolio, maybe put in 20k in stock like Palantir. They seem to be doing great things in the space. What do you think about that?
Not bad picks. Stocks like Tesla and NVIDIA still have some way up to go. It's always a good idea to go over it with a financial advisor. You might get new insights on how to go about it and that increases your chances of making huge profit.
I agree. The issue is most people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt, no offense. In general, Financial Consultants are ideal reps for investing jobs, and at firsthand encounter, since Jan.2020, amidst covid outbreak, my portfolio has yielded massively in ROI, summing up to 7-figures as of today.
When ‘Stacy Lynn Staples’ is trading, there's no nonsense and no excuses. She wins the trade and you win. Take the loss, I promise she'll take one with you.
The rich are money-minded; that's a lesson I've grasped from the very beginning. My desire to build wealth has always been strong. I’ve set aside $160K since 2020, and I’m eager to invest it in the stock market to grow my financial future. I’d love to hear any recommendations you have.
I think the safest strategy is to diversify investments. But if you need proper advice, consider speaking with a financial expertise. Don't get me wrong, you can do it on your own, but financial advisors have a lot more knowledge and expertise in this area.
Agreed, I've always delegated my excesses to an advisor, since suffering major portfolio loss early 2020, amid covid outbreak. I'm now semi-retired and only work 7.5 hours a week, with barely 25% short of my $1m retirement goal after subsequent investments to date.

I have been watching Jospehs content for almost 3 years. I dont agree with all the things he says, but i watch him because he is the only one i found to be transparent and genuine. Keep up ur work, man
Agreed! I happen to disagree a lot with his investment philosophy, because I think buying the biggest companies in the world for 30x earnings is extremely risky and likely to produce lower returns over the next decade, but he is informative, genuine and doesn't try to trick or mislead anyone and I appreciate that.
He is very transparent. He is a good kid. But he doesn't understand Warren Buffett. He keeps quoting the BIG B, but he doesn't know BIG B at all. in all likelihood, he doesn't know that Big B is a direct Buffett reference, not an insult to Warren Buffett. just proving a point.
@@lionrock2023this i strongly disagree. He makes a lot of money, in my pov. The dude started with like 25 k cpl of years ago. And stacked up a million. Thats great. The returns could be better. But i found its easier said than done. I am above his performance with cpl of percent if i look at this time period, but the thing is that i had intel which took away and i had some lucky picks like lumen recently, i was lucky enough to listen to my friends when they talked about nvidia. And also amazon and crowdstrike i realized in time. But lumen and nvidia was basically luck. I think he does very well, nothing to do with buffett, but the worst original is better than the best copy i found.
There's another one in Spain: David Galán (bolsa general channel) I would strongly recommend you if you can find the way to translate him. Thanks a lot Joseph. All the best from Barcelona!😊
As a Microsoft consumer and investor I’m torn. On the investor side I love the subscription plan. As a consumer I absolutely despise it. I hate that if your internet drops or there’s some kind out outage you cannot play the games you pay for. That’s BS and stupid. But either way I get paid haha. What a deal.
Everyone mainstream's talking about CoD, but Blizz released a $90 mount in Wow, more expensive than a AAA game, and it's selling like hotcakes. That's an in-game item. It takes almost zero effort to make, and they're getting $90 a pop from customers. Many people may hate Activision Blizzard but still they're laughing all the way to the bank.
Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early, I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but l'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling! Thanks Brooke Miller.

Depends on how old you are and where you live. $750k isn't a ton to retire on. 1 month T Bills are around 5% right now, which would annualize to around $30k annually or $2600 a month. If you feel like you can live on that where you have that as a safe, medium yield investment. Of course everyone will tell you just buy the S&P500, VOO, etc. since it averages 8% - 12% long term, so maybe allocate less of your nest egg to that for the years the market is down.
you may want to research ETFs and other low cost mutual funds. I would strongly suggest you speak to a financial adviser as they will be able to provide advice based on your specific situation as well as help you devise a retirement budget that accounts for things like inflation and taxes.
@MariaLorenpe That’s right! I agree with you. Working with a fiduciary not just an advisor is crucial to navigating the volatile market and looking to grow your portfolio. My portfolio is currently diversified 500K in stocks (tech, big Pharma and consumer goods) and $350K in alternatives (private equity, precious metals, cryptocurrencies), which has boomed significantly!
Consider allocating to a diversified portfolio of quality stocks and ETFs, including S&P 500, Total Market index funds, dividend stocks like BRK and SCHD, and NASDAQ for growth opportunities. This mix can provide stable income, broad market exposure, and tech sector growth potential. Remember to assess your risk tolerance.
My retirement contributions are not making my 401k any better, should I buy popular index funds in a brokerage account, is this a better alternative to retirement?
My suggestion to an upcoming investor is to learn to do your own research and don’t just go buying stocks without proper considerations. Most of what is pumped out by the media is what most TH-cam financial entertainers churn out to you as fear uncertainty and doubt.
Agreed. That and reading some basic principles laid out in books like The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham. There are also good TH-camrs out there like Felix, Graham Stephan, Humphrey Yang and a few others, but generally you are right.
Its unclear which stocks and sectors will lead the market in the next uptrend. Stay away from the stock market if you do not have guidance from a plannner and investment strategist. My finances have been in order since I got a wealth planner like Monica with a 600 M AUM working for me.
Who is this Monica you speak about? I have also been searching for an advisor who can direct us on where the economy is headed new year. I don’t live in a big city.

18:45 what the hell are you even talking about? Is it too much to ask of adults to being able to read a long article? Man at what point did we drop so low in our expectations of ourselves….
gamers are not happy about the subscription model, its part of the plan to get people digital. You could wait 1 year and get black ops 6 disk form for 50p
It would be really nice if you would also say if you would buy a position, if you had 0 shares Let's say apple, you have a lot, no need to buy, but if you had 0, what would your perspective be?
I just have to applaud your content man, well done. Long term investor's know that the market and economy will recover eventually, and investors should be positioned for such a rebound, I gained $180k from bitcoin of 2021. Before the market crash and now am buying again, adding more at a time. Having a good financial advisor like Catherine Gauthier, it will add to your success in the crypto market.
She is my family's personal Broker and also a personal Broker to many families in the United states, she is a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in the United States.
Build a diverse portfolio that keeps you motivated,Speed up the process where possible:i'm all for dividends and i DRIP into etfs (ARKW, VOO, VXUS, IVV) and company stocks. After my first million I realized that when a stock starts booming chances of you finding out means you are quite late to the party, for this I make sure my CFA handles that, ever grateful to Abigail Ann Ryan . It's like turning your notifications to earn more millions.
There are lots of guys that play nothing but call of duty, so why would they pay $20 per month to mainly play one title? That would cost someone $240 instead of $70.
Just sold a property in Texas and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $3million in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.

We have a lot of narratives here but something is don't sit well, despite all of the bearish narratives, the markets have continued to perform well, and if you had listened to most youtubers, you would be missing out. Something tells me that these people are not qualified to do what they are doing and do not understand the markets and whats driving them. You can have your bearish narratives and maybe they sound right but most people are in the market to get a good return and apparently the narratives don't matter as much as these guys think. Good forecasting means accurately predicting when the market will go up and then getting the timing right on when it tops.,..... I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Francine Duguay's, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
Francine goes deeper than just looking at surface-level trends. she explores technical, fundamental, and sentiment analysis, offering a comprehensive perspective on the market..
It really helped trading with Francine Duguay analysis and info, even with the market in a downward trend. Definitely riding the market wave is a good perspective..
probably only Black Myth: Wukong broke the "trend" of subscription and microtransaction, full game price upfront with 100% of game available and an amazing experience from start to end. AAA games need to start learning from them.
As a gamer myself who plays on xbox, im wondering if i have to pay for this aside from having to pay to play online. I already have a game pass, which i have to pay just to acces multiplayer and then i have to pay an extra $20 just to play black ops 6? id rather just buy the game. Ill be paying more in the long run if i have to pay for both subscribtions just to keep the game and play it.

Its a shame I like m1 UI but their requirement to have minimum account balances now when I was using this as a roth account so i cant have the min 10k required. The CS has been horrible trying to close accounts for over 3 weeks now
Personally (I am also a computer engineer at big tech) I think the whole moving to video game to subscription based service is gonna stir some big problems and force gaming community into piracy and I genuinely do not blame them for that. But I also understand as someone part of the gaming community now that new video games die out quickly subscription isn’t that bad so long as it does not surpass $20/month

I'm sorry but Elon shouldn't be having SECRET conversations with the head of an adversarial government. It really doesn't matter what they talked about.
I recently watched a video on NotJustBikes or UrbanLiving and he took a train ride from NYC to Ontario, CA. He said the portion of the trip from the border to Ontario was awful and fee laiden/expensive and all around unpleasant. For that reason, I won't be investing in Canadian rail, anyway.
Elon Musk turned off Starlink in 2022 when Ukraine was carrying out an attack on the Russian fleet in the occupied Crimea and article mentions that as well.
If only everyone had the ability of Joseph, to unemotionally evaluate news articles, understand that the headline, artwork, and framing of the story is often designed to tell a narrative that suits the author and is likely only tangential to the truth, or telling 1/10th of the truth. News shouldn’t be this way, but sadly seems to be increasingly opaque.

CP isn't going to be a huge grower or 'multibagger'. It's a solid stalwart and I wouldn't agree on selling out of a stalwart that's up 5% in a year - or comparing it to tech stocks and concluding it's under performing. Seems like selling it to chase gains, which I don't usually expect from Joseph.
The investment thesis around CP is the Canada-USA-Mexico network narrative. I wonder if CP's Canada-USA-Mexico railroad network is as big of a competitive advantage as many think. Canada-USA-Mexico are also connected by the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. Is shipping by railroad financially competitive in comparison to shipping by sea?
Joseph, regarding your Apple stock, did you buy only $1,770 worth of shares for your 223.7% ($32.8k) Return? That seems strange to me... in that you didn't buy a lot more shares. Profit taking maybe.

I just filled the form and scheduled for a call. Thanks to you.
Tesla did not do good on earnings, yall are delusional!
24:10 not more rare, but rarer. Grammar mistake comparative adjectives.
Elon should thank government subsidies!
I’m so glad I’m not a gamer anymore. I can’t imagine paying a subscription for video games
As a beginner what do I need to do? How can I invest, on which platform? If you know any please share.
18:45 what the hell are you even talking about? Is it too much to ask of adults to being able to read a long article? Man at what point did we drop so low in our expectations of ourselves….
Yes. However sad that is, most people don't read past the headline and immediately jump to conclusions. Welcome to the internet.
@@Fellolkek but blame the WSJ for it.
I won't waste my time reading that garbage. I'm actually sad for those who do. What a horrible waste of time. There are much more worthy topics.
@@jeffmatthews9120 I don't read anyting about Musk on WSJ or anywhere else.
gamers are not happy about the subscription model, its part of the plan to get people digital. You could wait 1 year and get black ops 6 disk form for 50p
It would be really nice if you would also say if you would buy a position, if you had 0 shares
Let's say apple, you have a lot, no need to buy, but if you had 0, what would your perspective be?
2% = on fire ? Come on...
I'm surprised that this name is being mentioned here, I stumbled upon one of her clients testimonies on CNBC news last week...
She is my family's personal Broker and also a personal Broker to many families in the United states, she is a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in the United States.
You trade with Catherine Gauthier too? Wow that woman has been a blessing to me and my family.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
I was skeptical at first till I decided to try. Its huge returns is awesome. I can't say much
Thank you for covering TSLA....I purchased TXRH because of your videos and up over 50% to this date 👍
4:56. Nice video. BTW, it’s beaten out other companies not it’s beat out other companies. Grammar mistake.
First, although I only make losses in stocks 😂
There are lots of guys that play nothing but call of duty, so why would they pay $20 per month to mainly play one title? That would cost someone $240 instead of $70.
Tesla revenue is misleading because of regulatory carbon credit.
19:51 Musk has previously disabled starlink in ways that were very "convenient" for the Kremlin. So this is not out of the realms of possibility.
He gave all of Ukraine Starlink. How did that benefit Putin? Moreover, is a private business suppose to take sides in a world conflict?
He did not disable them. He denied activating them. They were never active over Crimea to begin with. Stop spreading this lie.
@@---jj9lf The commenter probably believed Joe Biden was coherent too,
Just sold a property in Texas and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
Thats when you hire someone to manage your money. You need a financial-advis0r straight up!
A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $3million in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.
Can you share details of your advisor? I want to invest my increased cash flow in stocks and alternative assets to achieve financial goals.
*''TRUDY ELIZABETH STOUFFER’'* a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
The market has gone berserk! whether you're a newbie or a veteran trader, everyone needs a sort of coach at some point to thrive forward.
Francine goes deeper than just looking at surface-level trends. she explores technical, fundamental, and sentiment analysis, offering a comprehensive perspective on the market..
The clarity and precision in Francine market predictions are astounding. I'm so grateful to have found her reviews here on TH-cam as well.
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran a Google search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.
It really helped trading with Francine Duguay analysis and info, even with the market in a downward trend. Definitely riding the market wave is a good perspective..
I regret selling the railways, I sold for similar reasons but many years ago.
I think Tesla is cooking the books tbh. I took that 20% as a chance to get out.
probably only Black Myth: Wukong broke the "trend" of subscription and microtransaction, full game price upfront with 100% of game available and an amazing experience from start to end.
TRUMP 2024 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Joseph please NEVER stop making these videos. Best content creator on TH-cam and in the investing niche. I've been following you for years and learned tremendously from you. No fearful clickbates, excellent investing philosophy and always staying calm and rational, even in red markets. Thank you and take care!
Missed my opportunity to get into texas when it was $50
Do you ever smile?

I suspect you have at least a mild interest in video games. What are some of your favorites?
Valorant, Diablo 4, PUBG, going to download new black ops tonight and play with some buddies.
@@JosephCarlsonShowDidn't know that! Since you know Riot Games would you ever consider doing a video on Tencent?
@@JosephCarlsonShow But they run on Nvidia GPU's.
You’re going to be one of the greatest players in the investment land.
Elon Musk drops a hit piece against Elon Musk anytime he tries to act edgy and cool. He wants to be loved so much 😆
He is loved, indeed. And many people are threatened by that
@@funkspinna Wow, I bet you're first in line to give Elon a kiss. Never seen someone feel so compelled to defend a neurotic billionaire
@@alexisdamnit9012 You sound envious, like you've never been kissed.
Yes, Elon is desperate to be loved. Like Trump, he is a narcissist
I remember I started watching him when he was around 50k and I had about the same (in savings ) ,
got a new job and got up to about 110k in a few years and I was ahead of him fast foward his up to 760k ! (well beyond me 😂) but good job Joeseph keep it up !
It'll be a cold day in hell before I pay a monthly subscription for a game. Online access is one thing. But to own the game. Nope
Joseph, do you have any other companies in you radar that are about the size of Texas Roadhouse?
I'm sorry but Elon shouldn't be having SECRET conversations with the head of an adversarial government. It really doesn't matter what they talked about.
"Should" stopped being a threshold in politics a long time ago.
I will just replace CP with BRK
Hey, great video. Which earnings report surprised you the most this season? 👀
Elon Musk turned off Starlink in 2022 when Ukraine was carrying out an attack on the Russian fleet in the occupied Crimea and article mentions that as well.
Also of note: the CFO sold almost $3 million in stock since September --$900K of which was slated to be sold a day after the earnings report.
I definitely think the subscription model is the future of gaming. No question about it.
You cannot under estimate Elon in whatever he does.

I believe that if you invest in IonQ and MicroStrategy stocks now and hold them for 1-2 years, you’ll have a chance to change your life.
This is the moment-the start of IonQ's growth cycle and the early breakout stage for MicroStrategy.

Why not sell CP and buy HD under 400?
Costco had a small sell off due to the listeria scare. Is it a good enough dip to buy into?
Thank you for great information
Lol, Joseph batting for Musk. WSJ is no way left leaning.
They may not be left leaning, but they sure were misinformation-leaning with that silly story.
Wondering how you feel about PLTR? Would love your two cents 🥺 Thank you for your informative videos~
As always, good video. Just please stay clear of politics man. Its everywhere these days and getting exhausting 😅
$CL seems like a good long-term after pullback.
It is hard to find media that gives a balanced view of a story and let you decided based on the presented evidence.
Would lobe to hear your thoughts on KNSL
I like this channel, but I find the confusion over how newspapers like WSJ operate kinda funny.
How does Twitter still operate? It's top investors are as sketchy as any. Everyone from Diddy to the Saudis.
I give you Joseph credit for me seeing the opportunity with TXRH. Thank you

Most of COD money is on mobile these days and on PS and PC and the gamepass userbase is non existent at least on 2 of them
Please do a breakdown of CAVA.
As a Canadian I do not invest in Canadian stocks.
Your opinion on Tesla was nice to hear. 👍
He always chased gains, look at his previous holdings: Peloton, DoorDash, Alibaba, Spotify, Roblox and more. consistent underperformance.
@@iambored9872 Funny. But investing is a process and everyone learns and grows. His holdings are, for your most part, now solid.
Why no buy Terry smith number 1 stock to hold forever. (L,oriel) ?
Great videos mate 👍😁
The investment thesis around CP is the Canada-USA-Mexico network narrative. I wonder if CP's Canada-USA-Mexico railroad network is as big of a competitive advantage as many think. Canada-USA-Mexico are also connected by the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. Is shipping by railroad financially competitive in comparison to shipping by sea?
I just don’t trust Elon
😊👍👍
Joseph, regarding your Apple stock, did you buy only $1,770 worth of shares for your 223.7% ($32.8k) Return? That seems strange to me... in that you didn't buy a lot more shares. Profit taking maybe.
Joseph how u so smart and you can’t see that game that Elon plays with russia and china ?
