I had a 700d, which is a T5i but my lighting was bad and I used the lens that came with it. Prime lenses are best to achieve good quality.

I just turned 31, no kids & not married. The amount of people that ask me why am not yet married is making me depressed. Even my mom is being pressured by the aunties and fears that something is wrong with me😢 when I tell you, the african community can be ruthless

I’m 32 and I’m so grateful that I don’t get that from my immediate family.
I’ve had aunties say ridiculous things, but my family stands up for me all the time.

Motherhood is humbling!!! I tell myself that I am a super human because, I have been doing it with my son since birth. Both mum and mum in-law are late so I carried my cross❤❤
I have great respect for mommies who don’t have mommies to help them during early Motherhood & have been holding it down themselves every single day🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽❤️👑

The calmness in your tone is what I need in my life. You said love is not enough. Well that’s because people think love is just a feeling from nowhere. So many things make me develop that love. As long as I like you and then love you, that’s everything. I love you because of so many reasons , and that’s all I need. So love for me is everything. I won’t live a man who does not adore and respect me, does not support my life’s dreams, is not intelligent, does not know, fear and love Jehovah God who is my father, has very wrong financial and moral values, is not playful and friendly, does not teach me and is not open to teaching, etc. There’s no way my heart can be yearning for you when you don’t have all these. No way! So if I love you, it means it’s not just a feeling from nowhere. And that will be enough for me.
And until I get these in a man and develop that great feeling too, I’ll choose to remain single. I rather be alone and lonely than be married and lonely if you get what I mean. I need a companion and that’s the first and foremost reason behind my desire to get married. Not to have children alone. I need someone to go through this short life with. I believe he’s outside there in the world looking for me too. And until we meet, I’m not interested and can’t be pressured.
Just to add, some men will claim they are all these but on first meeting he asks you to come to his house. That’s the new trend for Nigerian young men. No matter the amount of all these qualities you have, if you display that very annoying attitude to me, you can go to hell with all these qualities. But guess what, the one who truly adores me would want to take me out on a date and get to know me before talking about ‘let’s see at my place’

As someone who is in the 30s and in the early stages of dating, these milestones can feel completely out of reach. I met someone that could actually be a serious partner and now I see with a whole set of challenges I didn't even consider (money, time commitment, children, location, extended family, etc.) I love what you said about not praying for what someone else has. That's a fantastic point!
My coupled friends feel envy over my single life and sometimes I feel sad that I don't have a committed partner yet. That's truly the wrong way to view our circumstances and I see that now! I can tell that this Truth should be what is taught to partners before they become a couple. People get so carried away watching what is publicised on the internet that they lose the unique blessing God has put into their own marriages. My young marriage is not on the screen and my am I having the best of them with my man.

Very important information. I’m still not married at a marriage much older age than you 😅. And I’ve realized it’s for a purpose, yes maturity is not about age. I realized my friends who are first borns got married early and that’s fine, they could handle it at an earlier age coz they’ve known responsibility since they were young. I usually tell people around me that knowing what I know now,if I had married at 24 the marriage would have crashed. At 24 I wasnt mature at all. I felt I knew everything but i didnt know jack!!! Now i am 30 and i still ask my self,are you ready ni? Once my mind answers... I'll just hiss and think about building my self better to be a better person.
I’m learning about the ‘what you think you want isn’t always what you need’.
I don’t know about where I am now because it really feels like I’ve taken a LOT of bad steps or wrong paths. I sometimes feel stunted and now I’m just allowing myself to be carried wherever because now I am just tired. Nothing I had wanted to achieve has been achieved. That’s the truth and it has been the hardest thing for me to digest. I talk to God often and honestly. He knows I am trying. That’s all I have.
