Eddie was on top of the world back then…his charisma just radiated off the screen. It’s too bad he had his first massive, star-studded premiere for a film that got such lousy reviews even he ended up publicly criticizing it. At least it was a hit though.
Golden Child is still good enough to be a worthy inter period marker for me , kinda like Big Trouble In Little China,, they have their own niche while never really making it as actual top tier Christmas movie must sees for the general populous consensus..
Letterman interviewing Murphy on Netflix would be off the charts. Make it happen Fruity.
Letterman has a show called "The next Guest needs no Introduction". This would be a cool interview.
