I have this box and no issues plays with no buffering, use a VPN when streaming, Heat Vod is up to date, I recommend when your done using an app to force stop and clear cache of the app then use memory clear, this will insure next no buffering and the box is clean.
My V3 keeps freezing on local channels, my Wi-Fi is super strong tho. I've been missing so many of my favorite shows this whole week. I contacted customer support, but they didn’t even bother to reply or help me out. Vsee box is total garbage, such a waste of money. The product ain't as good as they make it out to be

I have tried about ten different digital HD antennas and setups, but because of the terrain where I live, local channels just connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect, kind of like a seizure . . . Anyway, someone told me about vSeee and want to know if it helps boost live local tvchannels. Any "helpful" suggestions are appreciated.
Freezing how? On channels or the box locks up? If it’s channels then make sure your internet speed to the box is sufficient, if it’s the box then you will need to clear cache or possibly even a hardware reset may be needed if there’s a bug in the software. They have after sales support so I suggest contacting them to troubleshoot fully.

That’ll depend on what source material you’re attempting to playback. From what I remember it does support surround sound in the settings but I didn’t personally test any atmos content so can’t say for sure 100%.

Buyer beware of this model ….v3 pro. Piece of crap. Channels lock up. Many times unavailable due-to “under maintenance “. Non existent Customer Service
This TV box is a total letdown. The setup was a hassle, and the streaming constantly lags. It’s missing some key apps, and the overall performance is just disappointing. Definitely not worth the money.

Try it with a hard wired Ethernet cable to be sure it’s not the internet causing the issue.

It streams over an internet connection so as long as your internet is stable the box will also be.
How many apps?plastic box?4 apps ill pay maybe $ 100.00 for box!!
