    Newer chiller tech here, is there a reason why we didn't prime that by purging the air once you opened the valve? Thank you for what you do.

      They could have built some trapeze racks out of kindorf, perpendicular to the OS&y valve, strainer and pump are Corvus supports taking all the weight

    I think that strainer basket is facing the wrong way. Shouldn't the open end face the piping so it can catch larger debris?

      Service wrench , you can find them anywhere I think they are called offset wrench

    How often do you clean this strainer ?

      This building used to have a quarterly PM so every 3 months but now they cut it down to 2 visits a year so for every season change, we clean it.
