An amazing house, built by an amazing family.
looking at what was built as a family home, several generations ago, it's hard to imagine today's wealthy families building anything quite so spectacular. In fact, my thoughts are that you'd need to be in the top 1% of the 1% to be able to justify the costs involved.

What an excellent guide! Please don't swing the camera about so fast, as it makes an old lady like me giddy! This place is like a magic place, just full of delights and expense! The Crichton-Stuarts are also keepers of Falkland Palace in Fife., and there is a lovely chapel there also. The second last Marquis was known as Johny Dumfries, and he was a formula 1 driver. He never liked using his titles and wanted treatment like any other driver!
