- The story of Burke and Hare, Edinburgh's most notorious body snatchers and serial killers.
Burke and Hare gained notoriety for the anatomy murders, a series of killings they carried out to allow them to sell fresh bodies to the famous anatomist, Dr Robert Knox.
But what led to the killings? And what happened to the pair when they were caught?

My husband’s mother was from Scotland & she told us about Burke & hare & how her father was chased after by them as a young boy,. We were told he hide in a hayloft to escape from them. My mother in-law also gave me a book to read all about what they did. I’ll definitely be back to watch more of your history vlogs.

It's fitting, he's a doctor and that's a cervical collar (neckbrace), used to keep the neck straight and you from turning your head too much!!! lol
