    PMSK,nagpasalamat ako sa Diyos na hindi ko naranasan sa mga anak ko na nairita sila sa akin habang inasikaso ko sila,bagkos lalo silang malambing sa akin at maalalahanin. Dalawa lang sila, babae ang una at pangalawa ay lalaki.elementary palang sila marunong na sila ng gawaing bahay.Ngayon pareho na silang thirty plus at dalaga at binata pa rin sila at pareho na silang may matatag na trabaho sa american company dito sa cbu.Napaka ganda talaga sa isang magulang na may close relationship sa ating mga anak,at hindi ko lang itinuring anak kung di,kaibigan at kaalyado,kaya kahit mga personal matters sinsabi nila sa akin at naghihingi ng payo..How l wish na maraming mga magulang na nakakaranas ng ganitong samahan sa kanilang mga anak.Kasali ka sa aking mga panalangin PMSK dahil isa kang mabuting asawa at ina sa iyong mga anak.God bless you❤️🙏🙏❤️

    Not to bash but I think it's important to let your kids learn the ways of life while they're still young. My husband is also Korean but he doesn't like how Korean kids are too pampered by their parents say combing their hair, putting the bandaid on them, or anything that they should really be doing on their own especially at this age already. I know as parents we do it coming from love but it doesn't help our kids build a strong character in life. It will not help them battle through life when they're adults. Life is hard, really hard. They should start learning small responsibilities in life and standing on their own. God bless.

      Matatalino at maaagap yung mga anak nya. Mas malalalim pa nga yan mag isip kesa sa iba. They know life is hard. That's why they are trying their best to be better. Ina si PMSK. Gusto nya ginagawa nya, gagawin nya hanggat kaya nya. May kanya kanya ng pagpapalaki sa mga anak. Wag na mag suggest kung di naman kailangan. Kasi may kanya kanyang way paano magpalaki ng mga anak. Hindi naman nagkukulang sa pangaral ang papa, lolo at lola nila. So they know.

      Nothing is wrong naman with how PMSK treats her children. As we can see sa vlogs, they are sweet and responsible kids which reflects how great PMSK & Mr. Shin as parents. It was explained din by PMSK that her kids know how to do house chores but she herself, doesn't allow them to do so.
      These kids are still in school and their parents can afford to give them the privilege of focusing sa studies alone + they have extracurriculars pa. They know the basics of house chores and they are preparing for their future career. They will definitely be well-equipped to conquer the battles of life.

    Tip po! Pag nakadikit pa sa pan yung skin ng isda pag nagprito po ikaw, it means hindi pa po totally luto yung isda. Pero once na gusto mo na baliktarin at hindi nakadikit sa pan yung skin ng isda means tama lang yung pagkakaluto mo..Watching po from Thailand.

    one tip to make it crispy is wag nyo po takluban habang piniprito. natatrap kasi yung moisture. search po kayo nung taklob na parang strainer, yung di natatrap yung moist but di rin kayo mayatalsikan ng mantika hehe hello pmsk 😘

    kapag nagpiprito po kami ng fish dapat sobrang mainit na yung mantika para hindi dumikit yung balat then hindi tatakpan yung pan and medium heat lang po, pwede niyo rin po hiwain yung gitna ng fish since medyo malaki yung isda

    Tip po sa pagprito dapat po mainit yung pan tapos next po yung mantika dapat mainit din para macheck ang sa akin po nilalagay ko yung bbq stick sa oil tapos kapag nagform na ng bubble around sa stick pwede na po kayo magprito. Pwede nyo na rin po hinaan yung stove or low to medium heat para hindi masunog at luto yung loob ng fish. 😊
    PS. Deep fry po pala dapat kapag nagprito kayo ng isda medyo dagdagan nyo po yung oil nyo

      Mam, hiwain nyo po ang katawan ng isda para mg sink in ang asin, paminta at mantika. Maluluto ng husto yan pag may hiwa ang isda at syempre dapat mainit at medyo madami ang mantika. 😊

    Watching ate doing all the household chores, nakainspire lang na maging productive. At kapag pagod na, pause lang sandali tas maging productive na ulit. Kahit na paulit ulit nalang yung ginagawa ni ate napaka healthy lang yung lifestyle nya. Yung wala syang inaaggrabyadong tao, minamind nya lang yung business nya.

    tip lang sa pag fry ng any fish ilagay ang fish ng mainit ang oil,at wag pilitin na bilingin amg fish ng ndi pa lutolapag dumidikit pa wag babaligtarin para ndi masira yong balat ng fish,at dagdagan mo ng oil,ang konti ng oil mo,kaya ndi luto yong mga gilid

    Painitin muna ung kawali Bago lagyan ng mantika then hintayin muna uminit ung mantika Bago ilagay Ang isda, pero mas maganda din kung deepfry ung medyo lubog sa mantika saka wag mo din agad baliktarin dapat luto n ung side na nka dikit sa kawali para Hindi matuklap Ang balat Lalo pag isda😊😊

    Tip po sa pag fry ng isda: kailangan lang mainit na yung pan with oil bago ilagay ang isda para di dumikit ang balat. Di ko lang sure ilan temp gamit ang induction cooker, basta kailangan mainit na. Kahit di na lagyan ng flour. Tapos fry lang for about 5-6min each side sa medium heat. Kung gusto mo pa medyo tustado, mga 8min each. 😊

    Sa pag prito ng tilapia or any kind of fish make sure na mainit talaga ung pan bago ilagay ang oil then make sure ulit na mainit ang oil bago ilagay ang fish para iwas dikit sa pan at para maging malutong ung fish dagdagan mo po ng oil medjo deep fry ang gawin. Un lang po.

    Pag naninikit pa po yung isda sa pan, ibig sabihin hindi pa po sya ready to flip. But ofcourse kailangan mainit dapat yung mantika pag nilagay mo yung fish. Ganun din po sa egg. Hehe. Sana makatulong!

    Klangan Ang frying pan mo nausok tsaka mo lagyan ng mantika, dpat medyo mausok na din Ang mantika pra pag nilagay mo Ang fish, d sya didikit. Dpat din punasan mo Muna ng kitchen towel Ang fish bgo mo I coat ng salt and pepper. Mas maige na kalahati ng body ng fish Ang amount ng cooking oil na gagamitin mo.     Try putting cornstarch on tilapia-parang coating(medyo salty na sya kaya no need to put salt) to achieve crispiness outside. Lagay mo yung tilapia kapag mainit na yung oil para hindi madurog yung loob-I hope this works😉

    Hi PMSK! Advice lang po para di dumikit yung tilapia or any fish sa frying pan. Kapag po nakapag painit kana ng oil mag lagay ka po muna ng salt (much better po kung rock salt) before po i fry yung isda hindi na po didikit yun. Happy to watch you. God Bless us always ❤😊

    True ka dyan! Im a retirednavy wife. And a military family we have to moved to different country. But a year before my husband retired,bumili na kami ng bahay malapit sa parents ko. So I can take care of both of my parents for 11 years, my dad has Alzheimers and mom was disabled and live her life in her wheelchair. Until they both died 2015. Ang father ko namatay April 18,2015 and my mother ko was May 29, 2015, 40 days apart.🙁 as a daughter, I don’t have any regret at all in taking care for them. habang may parents kayo that’s still alive ipakita niyo ang importancya nila at alagaan niyo ang mga magulang niyo. Thank you. God bless.

    Sa pagkaka alam ko sa July 29 pasukan na po dito sa Pinas.

    Hello mama PMSK! Hehe! Been watching your vlogs since 5k subs pa lang kayo hihi. Tip ko lang po when frying; make sure that the pan is hot and also the oil before putting the fish or the food that you want to fry. Then, mapapansin mo po if may sizzle pa yung mga piniprito mo then ibig sabihin hindi pa po siya luto once the sizzle stops, that's the time na pwede mo na po baliktarin, sa kabilang side naman. Yun lang po. Love youu!

    Pwede mo lagyan ng hiwa pag malaki un fish para masure na luto un fish. Tapos wag masyadong malakas ang apoy. Madaling baliktarin ang tilapia pag luto na un skin. Konting push lang ng syanse hehe

    ganyan din ako Ate Hindi ko ma perfect Ang piritong isda, pero gusto ko kapag fresh talaga Kasi mabilis siyang mapirito, next time Ate try mo lagyan ng slit oh hiwa Yung isda mga dalawang guhit tapos kahit Hindi mo lagyan ng cornstarch Basta e drain mo Yung isda Yung totally Hindi na Siya basa tapos dun mo po ipahid Yung salt at pepper pati po sa loob ng isda para mas flavorful po Siya,para Hindi po Siya matalsik nag e-sprinkle po ako ng salt sa oil para ma lessen po, tapoS po inilalagay ko na po Yung isda Basta nasa tamang init po Ang oil Hindi po Siya didikit, tapos po sign na malapit na siyang maluto at toasted na Siya Hindi na po Siya maingay habang pinipirito sign na po iyon na pwede nyo na pong baliktarin Ang isda.

    Your pan and oil are not hot enough when you started frying the fish that’s why it sticks on the pan. The flour doesn’t really help from not sticking on the pan, but it avoids oil from splattering and it gives that crispy texture. However, cornstarch is better than regular flour to coat the fish. Cornstarch is lighter and it doesn’t have that gluten reaction from the flour. Using cornstarch to fry fish is crispier with a golden brown and skin does not tend to get soggy. It’s moist in the inside, but crispy on the outside. Make sure your oil is at 180 degrees Celsius or it’s on a smoking point before frying to avoid from sticking on the pan. Do not move or touch the fish for about 2 minutes. I hope these simple tips are helpful.

      Absolutely. You have to make sure pan is hot (I like to heat up my pan medium heat, not full blast hot) before adding oil ) before I fry. I also use cornstarch instead of flour to achieve a crispier but light texture.

    Pmsk, tips para di dumikit ang pritong isda sa Pan, kailangan mainit yung pan bago lagyan ng oil, at dapat mainit na mainit yung oil bago ilagay ang isda.. antayin mo mag golden brown yung isda bago sya baliktarin! 😊 Effective yan kahit di mo na i-coat ng flour ang Isda! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😊

    Edit: wag mo po takpan kapag nag fry Ka po Ng isda para po mas crispy, Kc Yung moist po pumupunta Sa fish po Kaya Di nagiging crispy hehehe..
