I wish we had an art store like this in Cleveland 😊 I agree about starting off with a limited palette. When I transitioned from acrylic to oil, I was buying way too many colors. Not only was it financially irresponsible, but I would find it difficult to reproduce certain colors that I made by using the oddball colors. Another tip for saving money would be to stay away from buying every size of every brush. I had 4 different sized Filbert Whisps before I even knew what they did 😂 ✌️& ❤️
I love this! Thank you. I hope it means there are tutorials or at least videos where we can watch you mix colors. You have such a wonderful style & I would love to see anything educational that you’d like to show/demo for us.
Thank you for inspiring me to try out oil paints! I have only done one painting with them so far, but I love them and want to keep going. Your content is great ❤
Thank you for this great video, Safeyah!! Seeing the brands and types of brushes was helpful. And great tip abt beginners starting with a few foundational colors before they build up to more.
Thank you very much for your videos and advice ❤️ Thanks to you, I decided to start using linseed oil, and it radically changed the whole process 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 In general, everything you said in the video is true, I agree with your opinion. The only thing I wanted to say on my own is that I prefer canvases on a solid basis, not on a frame, it seems to me that this is much more convenient) But linen canvases are love 💓
This was the perfect blend of entertaining and informative 😂 You’re the most down to earth artist on here! Do you have any store recommendations in london?
The shop looks like every artist's dream😭❤️
The video was super helpful yet I was very distracted by how stunning you are, your paintings are beautiful and so are you ❤️😄
This video was very informative. Thank you my friend 🤍 your art is beautiful!! And you have inspired me to paint again
