Omg I swear you two are the cutest- love that you can spend quality time browsing stores looking at different products together - I’m really excited to see the aquarium with the fishes - I think having an aquarium is the best stress reliever - I had a very big one with lots of the big eyed gold fish - it’s a lot of work to maintain but so worth it as I would sit on the couch with just the aquarium light and watch them swim around for hours so yes I can’t wait to see what you guys get lol - stay safe - wear your mask and I’ll be waiting for your next video lol 💕

The manual pressure apparatus is the best to have,since the digital ones tend to give wrong readings or malfunctions. The first beat you hear when using the manual apparatus is the top reading,second beat you hear is the bottom reading. Anything higher that 90 on the bottom reading is considered high. I am hyptertensive which means i suffer with high blood pressure. Great video as always,hope my advice to you was helpful.

Your Mummy can drink Ginger, garlic and lemon tea every day for 10 days. I was diagnosed as hypertensive but never took meds, i drank that tea for a month and to date I have normal blood pressure readings daily.

Hold up, they got baby chickens for sale in a pet shop, I can't believe I have been to TNT over 5 times and never visited Trincity mall, the only mall I went to multiple times was Gulf City.
The blood pressure suppose to be 120/80 but u need to get a chart for blood pressure that matches the age group. Plus when u test blood pressure make sure that the person sits properly with both feet on the ground. Give ur mom some garlic and clove tea immediately at least twice a day for home remedy for that pressure it's extremely high. She needs medication for that amount. I am not a doctor but experienced with older people and blood pressure monitoring.

Hey Laura, I’m kinda late but another great video. For the pressure testing you should always do it at least twice or three times to get a more accurate reading. Ian should have it on his arm as it was kind of low. Also you need to be calm, no talking or movements while testing. My mom has HBP and I’m the same as you always low. Anyway love you guys as always. Stay safe💕💕💕
Wooooo your mum. BP was way high what typed of coffee does your mom drinks ? Instead of Sodium salt let her only Vegetable Cubes Decaffeinated coffee sometime set hearts rates at a highter level. All of the Aquariums are beautiful.
