oh yeah, ateez are arguably one of the top 3 performers in kpop, and this is considered one of their lightest choreographies. I highly recommend wonderland, fireworks, and say my name, those are considered to be some of their hardest dances (they all have dance practices)
One thing you’ll always get from ateez is an amazing performance ! They actually started out as a dance group under the name KQ Fellas. If I’d have to recommend songs w beautiful dynamics in the dance I’d say Inception, Wonderland, & Fireworks !
They're not really a dance group, they are great dancers but they're only trainees and not a dance group. Their first content was a dance performance. They can be a dance group tho, i mean they already are. If you get what i mean
Favourite part of ATEEZ choreo is that they emphasise individuality over synchronicity, which is very rare in kpop. I love how every member adds their own lil spice and flavour in the moves, but they stay very cohesive. Hiiiighly recommend watching HALA HALA performance video!

Seriously, feel free to rewind and rewatch pieces if you don’t catch them or want to see them again. Ateez are amazing. My favorite Ateez choreos are Wonderland, Inception, Thanxx, Say My Name, and HALA HALA. The thing to know about Ateez choreos, is that the practices and music videos coincide. The choreo stays the same, even if you don’t see 100% of it. They have a story they are telling, and it all fits in.
ATEEZ always look like they are having so much fun performing I love that about them. You should check out their FIRE predebut dance covers. They were called the KQ Boys & they were in LA for dance training (I think @ Millinium Dance but I'm not sure).

The songs can be their own or a cover, and for one round they switch songs with another group and another round they join together three groups into one team so two teams compete. The Boyz won RTK, which also featured Pentagon (Basquiat came out of it which is why it is so epic), Oneus, ONF, Golden Child, TO1, and Verivery. The winner of RTK (The Boyz) automatically got to be on Kingdom, as well as StrayKids, Ateez, BTOB, SF9, and iKon. The performances from all three of the shows…you should watch them. Because not just the vocals are important, but every kpop group has to have vocals, dance, and usually hiphop as well. So to be as good as they are they had to put on insane performances with amazing dances, well thought out music and tricks. If you want to maybe get into it, I can send you a list of all the performances for Kingdom. Or you can watch the show on the Viki Rakuten app. If you are curious but not sure, look up Ateez’s From the Wonderland Full Ver. Performance. You guys WON’T regret it!
