I never knew that Jamaica had a constitution!
I grew up learning that, like the Rasta stated; Jamaica was under British Colonial rule.
This Rasta speaks logic, wisdom/knowledge, truth/facts!

That is because what the elected lying misleaders told us was a "constitution" was NOT a constitution at all...
and, the one they are so busy writing behind closed doors, WITHOUT the knowledge or CONSENT of the Jamaican sheeple is going to be a document designed the enslave us all.
Yeah... I SAID that, because THAT is exactly what is going to happen when you become an obedient and compliant accomplice to your own oppression and disenfranchisement.

Yep! Jamaica has been a free, sovereign, independent nation since 1962 when it gained its freedom from British rule. However, it's also part of the Commonwealth of Nations - a collective of _FORMER_ British colonies that now freely associate with each other. It's like the European Union. Some Commonwealth nations have elected to keep the British monarch as their Head of State because of the historical ties. It's a completely ceremonial title & the monarch has no power within those nations. However, Jamaica (& a few other Commonwealth countries) has decided to get rid of the monarch & become a republic. So, in addition to a prime minister, which it already has, it will now also have a president as its head of state. 👍🏽

Things will never change until the peoples thinking changes. All public officials must be elected by the people. Not selected for them. Because if people are selected for public office, those in power will always select the same type of person who was doing a bad job for the people before, and they will work to hold on to power to only benefit them. You have to stand up to power. Get involved and know what is happening in your local areas and keep those people accountable. If they mess up, you must get on their cases immediately. Don’t sit around and complain about them. They don’t do their job the first term then you must vote them out. No second chances. We put too much trust in people who don’t care about us. This has to stop. B1✊🏿

The Jamaican constitution needs to be completely redefined and the "British slave constitution" needs to be thrown the hell out.......Reform for more slavery......Absoulute truth, and Jamaica 🇯🇲 🙌 👌 needs a " moral family code" like Africa. Njgeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Sudan, Rwanda, Uganda and so many others have a moral codes for family and community life.
It takes a revolution, to form a new constitution. Haiti has it’s own constitution. We must know our position. When you fight and win the revolution then you do what you will. Until then you play the cards you’re given till you get a better hand. I don’t think you can just throw out a country’s constitution, without sending the country into turmoil. Out of chaos comes order
