BUILDING a Wedding Event Pad! Hauled in 35 LOADS of Gravel | Cat Dozer D3G | Kubots SVL 75 Skidsteer

In this video we go through the process (starting after the topsoil scraping) of creating a building pad. Due to un level ground and no solid fill on site as this was during the winter we opted to use crushed aggregate as the building base. one corner had to be raised over 3 feet! but the average throughout the pad was about 2 feet. We used our Caterpillar D3G dozer to scrape all the topsoil and rough in the gravel. Then we used our Kubota SVL 75 skid steer to do the final grading on the pad and all around the perimeter of it. The following spring (now) we came back to do the final grading and preparations for grass seed.
