I play a lot of cho and find this problem a lot where even if you're ahead, he doesn't have the kit to explode the game. He gets hit by every Cc and doesn't have the dmg of his own to fight back through it if he can't get into melee range.
Still no idea if Bork actually works on cho. I guess it's for enemy to not stack MR+useful attack speed and slow? Still feel like there should be better options. Cosmic just straight up gives speed and ap and CDR dor E and ult. Hydra second gives huge wave clear and physical damage. Liandry is a better slow option (probably?). Well, the game was a stomp anyways so there shouldn't be a problem whatever you build

Go heartsteel if you are way ahead/fed. It is weaker early but if you can afford it you stack faster.
