Thanks for the shout out as always. She is looking good and your health seems like it's improving! Loving the progress and want to reaffirm this as my favorite YT channel.
I heard & in fact know the A400M had a Vibration problem & they being Airbus couldn't quite nail where the problem was. I believe they may, I say may have involved the Services of Lockheed to investigate the problem ??. It was the first Military Aircraft Airbus had attempted especially with the high wing & complex Engine , Prop Orientation with one Prop on each wing counter rotating to the other ....
@@johnwoodall3791 I didn’t know that :) I’m doing all these props counter clockwise 🔁 I think that’s the normal US pattern. Tbh the YC-14 Kinda does what the a400m does but twenty years sooner lol 😂
@@dtrain1634 Yep, The YC14 & 15 Kits I am looking at right now in the Cupboard & thinking Nahhh, Next Year, but I probably will get a start on both of them. Yep, The A400M had some real Vibration Issues in her Testing Phase & they couldn't quite pin the problem on any specific or area as mentioned elsewhere, but given the fact it was the first attempt Airbus carried out on a High Wing Large Transport it needed to be sorted as Deliveries were waiting & as such I'm pretty sure they approached Lockheed for some advice but Lockheed never had a Plane with with The Props on Each Wing being Clockwise on one & the other Counter Clockwise on each wing, a unique design indeed but the issues were sorted through a cooperation of information I think..
@@dtrain1634 That makes Sense !!. That's like when Operation OKRA was going we had to quickly change from land to sea based operations if required, we trained for it at Amberley with the Arrester cable etc. on the runway & then we went & they threw us the curve ball, out to the carrier boys, 10 traps & 10 cat strokes latter all over & I said on the very last approach when the LSO said call the Ball, I said My Balls are Fine unless I have to do one more of these Landings !!. They saw the funny side of that...
I allready told you that I "hate" you for the ideias that you put in my mind, this is my attempt to get "revenge"! I get some STL's for a Cargo Ship in 1/72 scale, if you want them just give a word! Best regards!
@@pedroj.lourenco5712 I’d love too :) sadly I don’t have a 3D printer :( 🖨️ yet… I badly need to get one :) Sounds awesome :) tbh we badly need a cargo ship in 1:72 -my navy SF need something to ‘storm’ :) Best D
