Considering the fact that people just keep making mods with him in them, he ain't gone. The harsh truth is that the creator is just as foolish as those who made them decide to leave. There's always going to be bad people and it ain't got jack shit to do with a specific community. There's also the ever present foolish people and soft people who run away at the first sign of things not going their way. The same can be said about Mid Fight Masses. (They didn't deserve death threats in that case, but holy hell with shitty charting like that they shoulda seen backlash of some sort coming. Like dude, hire someone to do it. People literally did it for free after the mod dropped. ) Way I see it, Whitty, Sarv, Ruv, Selever, Rasazy etc have all simply outlived their respective creators. No such thing as copyrighting a mod for a game you didn't make. Like am I the only one who's considered that they literally cannot just mandate the removal of their character entirely? I see people simply doing remakes of the mods and taking creative rights for them being the next big thing that divides the community a mile away.
I refuse to forget Whitty. There are alternatives to playing his mod, so he’s never going away forever. Sorry but I have a habit of getting attached to fictional characters too quickly. So if Whitty’s forgotten then I’m out.
Don't let him be forgotten. Just don't. He's too ingrained into the FNF fandom to be forgotten so easily, especially with passionate people such as yourself keeping those deep roots watered.
