A humble suggestion, please don't interrupt each other while talking. There's so many times you really want to hear what Ustadh Yasin is saying, but that's exactly when brother Imran interrupts. Of course podcasts can be fun, but I felt the quality of the podcast could be better and more concise...brother Imran's arguments can sometimes leave the listener confused on a simple matter.
Nonetheless, I always look forward to chai with my Bhai episodes. May Allah reward you for your efforts.
Imran is so right about girls not wanting to eat in front of men. It is an uncomfortable thing for some girls and it would go down as such a plus point (for me) if they were considerate about that for the meeting.

Asalamualaikum, I have a question which I don’t remember being addressed here - can the man and woman sit alone while the mahram is a bit away i.e. in a cafe, the man and woman sit on one table while the mahram sits on another table but he can see them two???

Some points that could’ve been more extended and further explained
what should happen in the first meeting? In what sort of setting? would you invite a potential on a first meeting into your house? Not knowing if you’re actually going to connect or have compatibility.
Does the mahram or wali sit on the same table? Or what proximity? If in a cafe or restaurant setting? What about if it’s at home? Give more practical tips/input please
The part of looking at the woman when you’re convinced you’re going to go ahead with Nikkah what are the circumstances is she just around the house and the potential agrees with her wali without her knowing? How does the woman go about that situation? That part needs more explanation/ clarification.
How are you finding out about the potential spouse friends? Practical tips without sounding/ looking creepy

As Salaam Alaikum, my brother was supposed to get married, but the womans father is asking for my brother to put half the house on her name before the marriage ? is this allowed in islam ?
The brother should give maher according to his means. Never put your house down in anyones name as there's no guarantee the marriage isn't going to break
That comes under mahr, they're allowed to ask for that and if you don't like it, you can reject the proposal.

Tips for reverts?
Visit a nearby mosque and make muslim friends if possible. And if you have questions you can ask me. The first thing you can do is learn how to pray. And try to pray 5 times a day consistently. When you do that, the rest will come to you automatically.
