I just heard about them a couple of days ago from another TH-camr and cashed out in less that 24 hours with £12.41 which is which is $15.43 USD and I have another £14 awaiting approval. So far I like it. The surveys are quick and easy. The only downside is that some surveys take a while to be approved. Also, they now ask for a picture of your driver's license and a selfie to identify you.

Finally an honest video about Prolific. I've been with them since 2018 and while I'm editing video, I let the surveys come in and take them as they come in. I make about $1000 a month with them.
Surveys are a fast way to make some money some sites like qmee have NO MINIMUM PAYOUTS. I tell or I should say refer and invite people who are broke. Waiting for that paycheck. Daily pay in cash can make the difference between eating, putting gas in your car or not. Here is a suggestion Ted, maybe do a video on how to make money daily when you are flat broke. Suggest,websites and apps to make even a little bit of money can help a lot of people. I know what I have learned so far has helped me. Wish I knew all about this when I was living paycheck to paycheck.

Hi Joshua, glad to help you out. the reason why I recommend you pay attention to the hourly rate instead is because in the long run, if you complete more surveys, you will earn more money completing the ones that pay out higher hourly instead of focusing on the ones that just have a high reward amount. Think about it like this: would you rather complete a one hour survey that pays $10, or three 20 minute surveys that pay $4 each? I might not have explained that very well, so please excuse me if that was confusing haha
Regarding the "per hour" part of your video. It can say, for example "15 per hour" but beside it we see 5 minutes. So I'm assuming the survey is short, only 5 minutes, and when you complete it, it will be like earing 15/hr yes. But in reality you'll take home 25 cents for that 5 minutes spent on the survey. Now if it said 15/hr and beside it we see 54-60 minutes. Then I know the survey lasts about an hour and the pay is 15/hr. I know I'll be getting 15 dollars. Had the survey been 5 minutes long I should only make 25 cents. Am I seeing it wrong?
I was looking for this kind of video. I am scared about a program or software they have to install to my pc to start any survey!. Why just only in desk top?
Thanks for asking, so I am fairly certain you should be able to sign up with younger ages, but usually these surveys seek out people who are older. People who tend to be in the 20-60 year old range do very well right surveys. Hope this helps
The payout amount depends on your location, age and gender and other things that you have filled out in your “about you” section. Ted said you didn’t need to, but it is highly recommended, because prolific is going to give you “the perfect” surveys for you. If you are lying in the surveys you have a high risk of getting banned and you won’t get unbanned
I started doing surveys but I did notice that it has different pay rates. (It will say one amount for the hourly rate and then when starting the survey it will say another amount). But I still doing the surveys and making money. Thanks for the info.

@@colinaron8396 Joined back in March at the time I feel the waitlist wasn't long? There were issues last year but April, May there's been more testers and more of a much more wait time for participants. I use to get about 16-23 studies a day now I only get 6-12 if I'm lucky.
Ah yes thank you for clarifying that for the viewers, in this video i couldn't actually fully create a new account with Prolific because I couldn't get anyone to help me do it. But yes, this may be a step you need to complete to get running with Prolific. I hope you are comfortable with that in order to make some money! They just want to verify that you are who you really say you are.

That is very strange. Can you clarify your problem? You can only see surveys on your phone? Maybe you can clear your browser cookies or try a different browser as well.
Hey thanks for asking, yes. If you see it on your feed, and you complete it correctly along with the attention checks, it is a guarantee that they pay you out. No qualifications necessary, they will not boot you out of a survey because you don't fit their survey
@@hlumelomtamo6069 what I mean is that there is a difference between attention check questions and qualification questions. Prolific will never disqualify you from a qualification question, but if you answer an attention check question wrong, they may not pay you. Attention checks are simple though, as simple as them asking you to to select a picture of a giraffe :)

I opened up prolific just now but I can't see any available studies ready for me so I can't confirm if this is true, but they may have removed the estimated hourly pay part. No worries to you, you're not doing anything wrong.

I've been on it for about a week. Running out of studies is pretty common. I'd say there's max 20 studies per day.
