Fish cooked with Capsicum N Fermented Bambooshoots//Eggplant,Fermented Soybean Dish//NorthEast Style

Dear all,
Today I've cooked Fish with Fermented Bambooshoots,locally known as Tuithu (In thadou-Kuki dialect) and Capsicum.
Also For the Side dish/Chutney/Malchamae ,I've prepared Eggplant locally known as Dahdil (In Thadou-Kuki dialect with Fermented Soybean ,locally known as Bethu (In Thadou-Kuki Dialect).
