So I’m not sure this is what you’re looking for but if you want to change your wall color you go the shapes and press cube. After that I think there will be a pop-up of what color and material you want it to be. After you press the color, you can make a thin for example red cube that acts as a wall. I’m not sure if this was helpful but I hope you succeed.
