Hello guys! My name is Jordan.
I'm a professional Dutch teacher from Rotterdam with a northern/standard accent (now living in Amsterdam).
With this podcast you can practice and learn Dutch through slow and easy short stories :)
This Podcast is for English speakers learning Dutch and starts at A1 level, so with a tiny bit of knowledge, you can already follow quite a bit!
In each episode I first tell the story in Dutch, then say each sentence in Dutch and translate it, and then the story in Dutch again a little faster.

I think it would be cool if your guys little banter was done in Dutch, might be nice to hear authentic Dutch back and fourth.
I'm not even learning Dutch but I'm gonna listen to this podcast anyway 😮 who knows, maybe I fall in love with the language :D

is there a reason verdrietig means sad? im 30 next year will probably be sad tbh
also does the story sound as creepy in dutch as it does in english? like "ik kan je helpen met de bal, maar wat geef je mij ervoor terug?"
verDRIET and DERtig are not related though. I hope you'll plan some nice things to look forward to. No need to be sad for gaining experience!
