You dont have to just get the first evo of the aloha drago boi, you can find it in the wild area in a small desert area near a patch of grass, and same with tyranitar.

Not only are the originally missing pseudos back (Dragonite, Salamence, Metagross, and Garchomp), but the five that made it in have new appearances in the expansion pass locations. Goodra and Kommo-o have locations where they can be found in the Isle of Armor, while Tyranitar, Hydreigon, and Dragapult have locations in the Crown Tundra, which this needs to be updated to reflect.

That being said, I do think this one could use an update because the pseudos who already made it in have new locations in IoA+CT (Goomy+Jangmo-o are in the Isle of Armor and Larvitar+Deino are in the Crown Tundra, Drakloak and Dragapult also have a location in the CT), and are frankly even easier to obtain in the Expansion Pass than in the main game, which could be pointed out some.
or to make it easier just get a rowlet and breed it then transfer it to Pokemon HOME and put it in the GTS and ask for the pokemon you want lol for example I got Kommo-o by basicly puting a Houndour I transfered from pokemon go and saying "I need a pokemon for my adventure" which I finished yesterday
Go spam wishing pieces on Axew Eye and avoid all this extra effort. Got three high IV dreepys and a high IV Sligoo in less than 30 minutes. Got lucky and also got an amazing stat dreepy in a random trade from China for shiny breeding.
Fun fact if you change the date of your switch to november 1 it would get a thunderstorm on pokemon which means you can catch a dreepy but for me drakloak is much more easier on lake of outrage

Where do I find dratini? Can I only find it on the Crown Tundra or does it have a spawn somewhere else like the Isle of armor or somewhere possibly near Hammerlocke? I’d like to know so I don’t have to wait to be champion in order to find a dragonair or dratini.

I had no idea dreepy was a psuedo legendary, I was just grinding and found him. Best part is he helped beat leon in my first play through
