Very late but I see all the comments about Henry being super quiet and left out and yea sure he’s probably more introverted than the rest of them but I think a big reason is because before the movie came out his character was dead... and it was supposed to be a secret that they brought him back. So he probably wasn’t allowed to answer as many questions for fear of giving things away.

I think it's mainly because while Bruce is so worried about bringing superman back to ensure the JL will be successful against Steppenwolf, Diana wants to make the entire team better, not just rely on Superman. She brings the team together because instead of saying "we can't do this without superman", she makes it clear that she sees a chance with all of the people in JL. A true leader sees potential in all the components of their team, so not to rely on the strongest link
