Thanks for the great morning selection. As Hank said, he wrote "Mind Your Own Business". It was recorded by Hank in 1949 at Castle Studio in Nashville. Hank took this song to no. 5. I could of swore we did Hank Jr's 1986 remake of this song along with Reba and friends. Thanks for the good review
Hey Don, I saw your expression when he was talking about the woman that picked up the line when she new was his ring, don't know how old you are but back in the day of the 40's-50's and maybe into the 60's the telephone service had party lines, if someone ring you up the neighbor down the road could pick up the line and listen to the call!! The song you mentioned "MOVE IT ON OVER" is also a Hank Williams SR. Song
Don, love it anytime you do Hank Sr.. I always consider him one of the best composers in any gene. He has a way of really connecting to his audience. Nice raction too as always.
Love the time capsule quality of this song referencing the old party lines where everyone had a unique ring. My grandmother used to tell me about that. Eavesdroppers paradise.
I don’t know your age but I remember them well. We had a family with three teenage girls on our line. Hardly ever picked up the phone where one of the girls was not on. Being a young teen myself I learned a lot about girls!! That’s all I’m going to say. 😊
Hank Sr wrote Move it Over! Check it out as well!
It was Hank Sr who wrote the song Move it on Over, in which throughgood covered. Rule #1 of life, keep your mouth shut and mind your own business
A great song. Thanks for sharing this song reaction request. Cheers, Don! ✌️
The true G.O.A.T.. The George Thorogood song is actually the Hank Sr. song "Move it on Over", that is why the cadence is the same.

Hank Jr. does an awesome performance of that song.
Great choice Don, always loved this song. And you're absolutely right about Hank's place in Country Music, he's at the top. Thanks!

One of my favorite songs by Hank
Hank Sr originally did Move It On Over
You had a funny look on your face when he sang about the party line and his ring. I know you remember the party lines. A few years ago!😅
Love this one. Check out Hank's "Move It On Over".
Don if you get a chance check any song from The Three Hanks album. I think you like it.
