Guyver I [Bio Booster Armor Guyver] / Unboxing | GSC Max Factory 1/6 scale

Hello once again my fellow viewers, just another unboxing for the week. Here we have is a figure from the manufacturer/distributor, "Good smile Company" part of the "Max Factory" line, a 1/6 posable figure of the character Sho Fukamachi (深町 晶 ) as Guyver I, from the series " 強殖装甲ガイバー (Bio-Booster Armor Guyver)." Got this figure a bit late than expected but, I am excited that I finally have my hands on it, and I got to say, it looks really amazing. Not much else but hope you enjoy the video!

I had the original VHS collection. I was so angry they changed the intro song for the blu ray collection release! Lol. 🤬

Had a bit of issues editing the video but here it is, there is an error when I titled the OVA in the video it's 1989 not 2005. I took the best videos that best shows the figure, so I hope I showed enough. As always, Hope you enjoy the video! If you only want to see the figure skip to ( 17:42 )

There was also two live-action movies as well. This is a really dope figure. I never would've expected to see this one. Was such a big fan of the both anime series. I wonder if they'll release Guyver II and III

I know about the live action movies but wanted to focus on the anime/mangas for the series. There is a prototype of a Guyver III 1/6 scale, so I think they plan on it (Hope to see it fully painted, Guyver III is my favorite). I don't know about guyver II

Yeah, that is true, I'm not sponsored by anyone, but I think the retail price is somewhat understandable for reasons. I cannot justify reseller price; they take it too extreme.

After seeing this, I'll stick with the non-scale 1/12. Doesn't look that great at 1/6. The knees are absolutely horrible. It's way overpriced for what you get. But not surprising since Sentinel is involved. They made the internal skeletal frame and plastic of all things. For the cost, I'd expect it to be die cast. But glad you love it. I'd have buyers remorse if I ever got it.

I really like 1/6 scale figures (some not all), they do have their issues. The 1/12 scale figures are a lot better when it comes to posing and articulation, but personally I like the larger scale figures like the Medicom RAH. I understand your opinion and me personally, I really like the figure.

If I was a rich guy, I would have bought this and put it in my mansion. But, I'm not. So, I hope you enjoy it. Show off! JK LOL!
I settled for only getting the figma Guyver 1 #600.
If they're making a 1/6 scale Guyver 3, I hope that means they'll be making a figma Guyver 3! Whether they do them all in 1/6 or not, I also want a figma of Guyver 2, Guyver 0, and figma of Guyver Gigantic, Gigantic Dark. Last two would still be at least 10 inches tall! To be somewhat accurate.

I believe they already made a figma for Guyver III #333 and for Guyver IIF #305, they also had the other Guyver II , Gigantic and Dark but they were Max Factory figures (Smaller scale). lol, no trust me I'm not a rich guy, I do my best to get these figures.

@@GameSmashers101 I have that Guyver 3 and both colors of Guyver 2Female. Guyver 1 #600 is a slightly bigger scale than the previous Guyver 1-3 releases. I want a new Guyver 3 in the similar scale to Guyver 1 #600. And getting a little greedy, I want a Guyver 0, and Guyver 2male, in that similar scale. Guyver 2 male never got made as a figma. And I'd like a chance at getting Gigantiic and Gigantic Dark in figma scale. It would be at last 9 or 10 inches tall!
The only Max Factory Guyver figures that I know of were called "Bio-Fighter Collection." And were a larger scale than any standard figma and every Guyver figma released so far.. Not sure if they scale better but, I think they're too big to fit with Marvel Legends or G. I. Joe Classified.
If they released them all again to fit western 1/12 scale, I'd definitely buy them yet again! Guyver 1 #600 has the perfect height for standing among ML and Classified. But, I think his body width, and his head are still too small.

More than this new toy, I wish the mangaka would finish the story. Is it true he has stopped being a mangaka?

I don't know much about the mangaka, but I believe that is just a rumor of him stopping, but sadly the series is still on hiatus

@@GameSmashers101 its manga-ka. Just one 'ka' is enough. Cool statue though. Always loved the Guyver series.
