@@eliascontreras1951 i don't remember exactly, it's been a while. I started listening to other subliminal hypnosis and i continued having nightmares until things started changing and my dreams became softer. I guess i was releasing limiting thoughts from childhood.

I feel like I was meant to find your comment to let you know that you shouldn't be calling people wrong, because what you described is what happened to me - I was laying in bed and my mom gave me a christmas card from my aunt with a scratch ticket in it and I won. I wasn't listening to subliminals at that time, but my subconscious mind had previously picked up on my coworker winning lottos so it may have rubbed off on my mind and manifested itself lol. It happened totally randomly. Also it sounds like you need to study up more about quantum physics and metaphysics because subliminal and emotional energy is the creating force that manipulates energy particles at a level you wish you could comprehend. I had a friend who's house was wrecked in a hurricane in New Orleans and then he got compensated enough money to open his own dispensary in Seattle. Point is, ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN. The world is more "magical" and limitless than you imagine. Why are you limiting your own subconscious beliefs saying that the same thing that happened to my friend and I from the comfort of our own homes can't happen to you? I notice the difference after under a week; but I am also doing Kelly Howell's brain sync. Let Go; I have not let go of pain, but everything went wrong today, I responded calmly but firmly; no real button pushing. I accept the likelihood of repossession and nowhere to go calmly. I do what I can practically, but I have stopped fighting the brick wall bureaucracy and crazy rules. When the mind no longer argues over everything it does not want, the mental suffering reduces or stops; the second bullet looses it's power. The ego has to have conflict to maintain its rein; when the conflict between what is happening and what you actually want, and you accept rubbish calmly, I think it is an important step for anyone, not just spiritual teachers.
