Eh kasi ni hindi nga nakikipagkita sa kanya tapos hihingan pa niya ng pera. Alam na niya un sagot. Si Bea Alonzo kahit kamukha ni Eugene Domingo un nanay, di niya kinakahiya. At take note pinahanap pa niya un tatay niyang foreigner. Itong si Julia nasa harap na pero walang interest sa tatay palibhasa walang pera. Akala mo alta si Marjorie na pumatol sa driver na si Dennis. Hello sikat tatay mo nung 90s no. Kaya nga pumatol nanay mo. Nanay mo nga wala kaming maalala na nagka career. Kahit ekstra. Iba ang kinareer si Mayor.

When you hear those words from a father, it shows he's hurting and it also shows how the mother (Marjorie) raised her children. She didn't teach them how to respect their father in spite of his absence.

It takes a real man to be able to admit his shortcomings and mistakes. Salute to Dennis for his humility. There are men who can't even admit a single mistake they've made because they are full of pride and selfishness. Dennis is a good person. Imperfect but kind hearted.
This is why action speaks louder than words. No matter how sweet it sounds, still feels empty and hollow unless backed by action.
This interview ultimately showed Dennis Padilla's true character and humility. A great man, with a good heart. His mistakes do not define him. His character does. 👍😍

Dennis should play a heavy rule of drama in the movie based on true story. He is experienced life! Hope all directors in the film will call you soon. Such a great interview with Oggie.

I literally cried while watching. My dad wasn’t the perfect husband, and my mom revealed the reasons why she had to file for annulment. But never did my mom destroy his perfect image as a dad to us, they even remained as friends. I still remember that my dad would aways visit me at my grandma’s house, where I lived with my big sister, mom, grandma, and big brother. I remember how he took good care of me. I was very very young yet I still remember - from the moment we left our home until his last breath. I believe that it isn’t a matter of your age when you truly keep every moment you get to spend your loved one. I’m papa’s girl and though dads aren’t very expressive, they have the same love as our moms for us. I have prayed more than a thousand times for God to let him stay with us a little longer, but our dad passed away three years ago without seeing me turn 18, graduate from senior high school, until I moved in to USA. The pain was and is still unbearable. I still long for his physical presence. I hope and pray also that your children will open their hearts to be healed and warmed with your love as their father, Sir Dennis. May the good Lord bless you all.

Not really a fan of Julia. Minsan hater pa nga. Lol. But her feelings towards her father is valid. Truth or exaggeration, lumalabas, sinisiraan ni Dennis Padilla mga anak niya kay Marjorie in public. May gap na nga, todo salita pa siya in public about their strained relationship. It may not be the best attitude, but Julia's feelings as an estranged daughter are valid. Fake yung humility ni Dennis eh. Passive aggressive. Owning up his shortcomings kuno pero kung anu ano pa nilabas na alam naman niyang mainit sa bashers mga anak niya. Gatungan pa ng mga pwede namang pinagusapan nila in private. Natatakot daw mag tanong ng derechahan if pwede makipag kita. Pero sa interview sinabi. Jusko.

Relate! I miss my father which is in heaven too! Because of that love I sacrificed myself to work in Singapore to took over his responsibilities to my siblings to finished their studies & supporting my sickly mother even until now! We have to love & honour our father on earth in order for our FATHER in heaven to smile & said: Children ,well done!! To GOD be the glory!

It’s so sad to hear a father longing for the attention of his kids. They always tell that they are raised well by their mom but how come they can’t even give time to their dad? No matter how bad the situation, you could’ve give time to your dad before it’s too late.
I’m wondering if he was longing for his kids when they were little? Or just recently? Sa side ng kids nia, I think they were longing too but they may also felt abandoned? And baka kaya nagsosorry cia. I - myself is a single mom, I dont say bad things about his dad, he used to longed for his dad and napapansin ko recently kht message ng dad nia, he just stop caring? Who knows din kung ano nafifeel din ng mga bata. That’s just my opinion
that's correct, sometimes no matter how the mom reminds her kids not to be angry with the dad if they are not present when they are growing up, there is always a gap between the father and the kids. Especially if the father is not reaching out all those years that they need a father. That is why if the father tries to reach out again it will be hard for the kids to reciprocate the gesture because of all the pain that their father causes them, also you cannot blame the kids if they are close to the mom because they saw how their mother suffer only to provide for their needs and raise them as much as she could. You can only hear the side of a father longing for his children, that is why before you comment you need also to listen to the side of the kids, especially the mom who raised them alone.
We were actually raised by our mom too because our dad is an irresponsible person before. But in times of need we were always there for him because no matter what happened he’s still our dad. Given that their father was on a critical condition it wont probably harm them if they meet him even once. I would perfectly understand their emotion but do you think their dad doesn’t deserve a second chance?

Si KC Concepcion talaga yung well raised daughter. Kahit iniwan ni Gabby ng ilang taon, tingnan mo ngayon. She spend time to her father and to her other siblings. Wala syang galit sa tatay nya, because Sharon Cuneta didn't teach her to hate. Yung ugali ni Julia, parang hindi naman well raised dawter. Haha

This hits home for me. Since part 1 to this interview I’ve been bawling so hard 😭 😭. I lost my dad when I was only 5 years old and so growing up there was no father figure ever since.I could only fantasize in my head how great my father would have been to us.
