William has a charismatic smile and personality it seems. His eyes lit up and twinkle when he smiles.
Frankly, The interviewer here is a disaster but still, I liked the chat due to the cast.

honestly if somebody said that to me I would be just as annoyed. Also, and maybe I am jumping to conclusions here, but to me it felt like the interviewer didn't even do his research properly. He called them by their characters' names...
