  • Removing scratches from the fine brushed stainless on B&O. This technique will work on speakers such as beovox/beolab 3000, 5000 panel speakers as well as pentas. Do not use this technique on a lacquer finish like on some beocenters or on the course stainless on earlier B&O. If unsure please ask below and I can try to advise on what finish you have.
If at all possible try an inconspicuous area first.
This technique will also work on things like cooker hoods!

Interesting, you got a good final result. I have a pair of Beolab 4500 speakers with a few scratches I am thinking to apply the same method. Wish me luck :D

Fantastic job, next part removing dents? :-)
I was wondering how you avoided removing the lettering since it's not engraved?

Yeah beyond my skills 😅. I was just very careful around the letters and brushed into it. The result was pretty decent!

will it work for Beolab 6000?

No because they are coated/lacquered. You could strip the entire coating… and re lacquer… or if they’re really bad wrap them in a new colour!
