So who is paying off the bond portion to the bank, is it not partly the shareholder, Me? Eg if target is R16m and market portion R10m, it means R6m is on bond from the bank. Who service the R6m bond? Will my dividends be calculated based on only the R10m and not the full value of R16m? It's all so confusing, please simplify for me if you can, in layman terms, with examples in slow motion? Thanks
Thank you so much for this info. I thought with the easy properties you might need some real minimum amount the last time I checked, but when you say you can put even a minimum of R500 and they will allocate it for you. Then I'm very much happy to join that platform. Thanks a lot

"FICA sounds like a dirty word, but it's actually just a short name for the law that says we need to verify who you are and where you live.
We like to keep things #easy, so this is the only bit of paper work you'll need to complete. Simply upload a copy of your ID and a utility bill showing your address."

Hey Lerato, beginners advice, if i may, when it comes to international stocks, stick to the snp500 for a while, it's slow, but quite safe over time. (until you know how to valuate/analyze individual stocks) for local stocks, things are troublesome now so maybe wait with local stocks? easy properties is ok though and mostly unaffected, so if you have spare pocket money stash it in there, then just keep learning about the little investments you put in. They'll grow over time, your biggest advantages are your age and ability to learn, use them both to the fullest and you'll end up fine!

They do pay. It takes a couple of weeks and the amount depends on how much you invested.
Personally i've always been afraid of the risks of investment have those been a concern for you?
It is a concern because I am always trying to make money but I guess it's something you just have to accept when it comes to investing. So, I guess it's about deciding if it's worth the risk.
When you say you're making 10%, do you mean that you get this money back in dividends in your personal bank account?
No, I don't get dividends.
Please push Easy Properties to fast track their option for non South Africans to also be able to invest in properties.🥺

Good question
Dividends are paid quarterly. I don't know the exact amount you would get in return, it depends on the property you invest in.

I invested in easy property R1000 for the first time to try it out, it was 12/07, nothing happened like no movement, it’s like I didn’t do anything, I just checked it again today, I see a note that I must fund my account, aybo ngifake R1000 lapha…manje pls help I don’t have any money now 😩😩

They also allow some other African countries if I am not mistaken. The details should be on their website.

Hy, how are you? Can I ask, how long does it take for the Easy Equity to accept your funds because I made the deposit over a month now and my funds are "still reserved"? So am not sure if they accept your funds after the closing date of funding or they should have already accepted it by now. I'm confused, can you help maybe if you have any ideas?
Hey, did you reserve funds for a property or just deposited money in your account?
@@TheTshegofatso I did both, firstly deposited and then went to make an Investment itself. But it still says that my funds are reserved. Or maybe they will accept my funds after the investment window has been closed. I just hope they accept my funds. :-)

Don't ever invest your money with easy properties of on the property for the past year it's still not eligible for option a friend of mine told me that he has owned the property for the past two years which has not been eligible for auction never mind the fact that the property that I own the Monroe have not earned dividends for please do reach out to me so I can share my evidence

This is the first video of yours that I’ve watched and it seems like you’ve gained a lot of knowledge about this sort of thing, so I what I wanted to know is how much do you think I should start investing with and in all honesty how reliable is it?
I think it is pretty reliable, I can't say how much to start with. Just choose an amount you are comfortable with. Try it out first, if it works out for you maybe try adding more money. I don't know though, I am not qualified to give financial advice.
