Not to be hating or anything but like right as soon a breakdown happens you react to it way way to soon like directly when it happens you already reacted to it.
No hate at all! I used to listen to Metalcore bands like asking, BMTH, and all of the other ones back in high school. Especially since I listen to more bands now, I kinda know when a band is going to drop a break down. Like for example, the drummer is charging up, the guitarist are chugging and hitting the 0’s while the vocalist is (not always) whispering or screaming words and then bam, the breakdown happens.. or everything goes silent and then they would drop it. Sometimes the unexpected happens, like one of songs from Reflections, “From Nothing”, they continued delaying the breakdown on the halfway section, and then eventually they did it. The Amity Affliction with their song “All I do is Sink”, I was expecting a breakdown almost toward the end, and it definitely sounded like they were going towards that route, but it ended up being a baby bridge of electronic beats, following their last chorus.
