Wow…. This is pretty wild. Antonio, Chef Mora, was the first real chef I ever worked under when I got out of college and moved back up north to the city and got a job at Quality Meats. I learned more working under him and his sous chefs than almost any job I’ve had since. I remember the way he’d get when he’d be working on the line and get into it, frustrated at times cuz service could be pretty stressful sometimes (and to be honest I wasn’t the best employee at that point in my life at all), but he had so much grace and attention to the dishes he’d touch and finish plating. It gives me hope. And I’m so glad to have met him. Bless you, Chef!

@@peterwellington7338 I'm in Australia so cannot speak for the US demographic. I'm in my 50's and find that social interaction, or lack thereof, is more an age group thing. Country folk are somewhat wary of 'outsiders' at first but unlike the city this wears off as they realise you're going to hang around and contribute. If you're into urban lifestyles like rave parties and fashion then best stay in a city but if you like the outdoors, animals, surf, 4x4s, BBQs, etc you'll fit right in. With internet shopping and delivery there isn't much I cant get and what I do need to travel to get is a nice country drive with zero traffic lights. Traffic? What's traffic? 🤣

I just moved to a tiny town just like this and will never go back to the city. EVER.
As someone in their mid 20s, I’m debating to move into a small town. I’m scared about not finding people that want to interact since small towns in area (east coast Ny/Pennsylvania$ have towns that are only old people or wary of outsiders. Has there been any negatives to your swicth? It does seem enticing
Impressive to see such a hidden gem selling a good amount of pies let alone other food and beverages.
This is nice. Thanks for this
