  • Crohn's disease, or Inflammatory Bowel Disease, is often misdiagnused. But treatments are available. If several of these symptoms sound familiar, you may have Crohn's disease.

I've had Crohns for 7 years unchecked. I'd thought I was just developing allergies, being that when I was younger I was told these things happen. I pushed through the migraines, the on going feverish feeling and burning feeling in the stomach. Even after 2 weeks of fever that I thought at the time was the cause of eating poultry. After that when I was job searching by foot and had to run into the nearest public restroom(which I never do being that it's was shameful to me at the time) I produced bloody stool. 4 years after this incident I finally got insurance and was immediately diagnosed with Crohns. But due to the amount of time I lived with it my intestine s were eroded, leaving part of my colon to be removed. I say that to say this, if you're feeling any nuance of irregularities have them checked out. I was being told by my parents and friends that they'd had the same symptoms. So to avoid looking like a hypochondriac I just dealt with it. Do not wait for validation. Chrons is very serious if unchecked. Currently im on antidepressant s and have little to no energy even after my treatments. Everyday I struggle to find the energy to do simple things. Best wishes.

makkonen0 I’ve been suffering with Crohns for 25 years the 13th of March. I was 17 when I was first diagnosed. I have worn a permanent ileostomy since I was 18. I underwent a colectomy 3 months after my diagnosis. The conventional therapies failed to bring my disease into remission,so surgery was necessary to save my life because of continuous bleeding from my large intestine. My heart goes out to you, sweetie and I’m so sorry that you have this awful disease.

The problem of Crohn's is the blood. I treated it through the blood. I took herbs from us from Egypt. I bought it. It was called a cholesterol solvent and a liver fat solvent. I was cured of Crohn's. It simply means the colon is not the actual problem. The whole story is blood. recover..

I was told by my actual doctor that it was just IBS, I went for checkups for 2 months, and started to see how my doctor started thinking I was either crazy or making it up, during covid I couldn’t even go to another doctor, I had to leave the country, UK, to get private healthcare and get a real diagnosis, it ruined 1 year of my life with horrible pain, but at least I’m doing fine now.

That is probably what sucks the most. Nobody understands what it is we feel day to day. I've accused numerous times of ducking out of things, I wasn't ducking out, I was in too much pain (or having uncontrolled bowel movements) to do anything

Having a clear mind and happy thoughts helps crohns but the best way is to get the good bacteria in and the bad bacteria out with probiotics and vitamins/minerals and healthy living with happy thoughts and exercise, So when that day comes where there is no way to get happy thoughts your gut is already healed and it wont take a toll on you so bad.
And when things are really bad you have to take the drugs to get it under control then get off them a fast as possible if you can.

I'm a 25 year old, muscular healthy man. This past week my lower Abs felt super bloated with sharp pains, i started having liquid diarrhea which turned to bloody liquid diarrhea, and eventually dark red almost blackish diarrhea. The pains were really bad, i went to the hospital, and they took blood tests that came with with a slightly high infection/toxicity % but that was it. They told me to go home and get stool sample's submitted in the next day or 2. its been 2 days since the hospital and my situation is feeling a little better i think. There's no more blood coming out but its still liquid'y. And to be descriptive the Smell is TERRIBLE. BTW im sorry for the graphic explanation, lol but i figured there might be people here who could tell me if this is what they experienced. Thanks. I REALLY hope i dont have Crohn's.. :(

Possibly celiac disease. I say that cuz of the smell issue. Very common with celiac disease cuz of the restive ability of digesting fat. Same symptoms as well.

There's a large intestine and a small intestine. Upper and lower intestines aren't typically how they're labeled, but I'd guess the lower intestine would be referencing the large intestine since it's deeper into the digestive tract when starting from the mouth.

    Hi Jack :)
Yep, I heard about MAP from a bovine specialist that was coming over to Tasmania to see a farmer about his herd that were suffering. They are still trying to make the link though, between MAP and Crohns. :)
I totally agree with you re the sugar, 'Sweet Poison' good book
Cows with MAP bacteria are out all day & get plenty of sunlight, so not sure I understand your thoughts on the TB bacteria but will seek to learn more
My thoughts are to never 'know', but just to currently understand.
